Personal and Business Tax preparation services for 2021 and 2022. Personal tax return of 2021 was apparently submitted but have not received my refund. This service was payed for as well as my 2022. I have contacted the office of ******************** several occasions via phone and email to receive no response or I am told we will call you back and weeks go by without a return call or email. In addition to my personal tax return, JMG does my accounting for my personal business which I have received letters of delinquent payments. I was told it would be taken care of and after attempting to contact JMG in regards to the matter, I have yet to receive any further information in regards to the status of the delinquent payment or previous tax returns. I hired JMG Accounting for exactly the opposite reason. To be current and comply with all laws and regulations etc. Obviously these are time sensitive matters and with several weeks going by in between finally getting a hold of JMG I can not afford to continue to be pushed to the side especially after paying JMG for these very services. I keep getting the run around.Business response

The 2021 return was submitted various times and each time it was rejected due to incorrect PIN being provided by the tax payer. We emailed him the tax return to the email he had provided to us for personal matters. We informed him the return had been sent to his email for his signature so it would be taken to the *** office directly. He informed us the email he had provided, he rarely checked. He has yet to get back to us with the return.
As far as 2022, we have not received payment for our sevice and we just finalized his return, sent it to for approval and signature in the same manner and have yet to receive a response from the tax payer.
As far as the delinquent letter the client is referring to, a response was speedily sent to the ******* ********** of ******* when we received the notice the tax payer forwarded us with proof the corporation is an S Corp and the fee the ******* ********** of ******* was removed.
