We hired them in 9/21.We are a franchise company & hired them to generate leads for us. We chose them because of their attractive online platform. Potential franchisees looking to buy franchise their website, inquire about our ************** should sell us that lead. After working with them, soon we found out they are professional scammers. They mislead **************** them. Instead of advertising our company to generate legitimate leads, they gave us lists of people that NEVER inquire about our us. Every time I received a new lead, I would call, ************ each prospect for days. We received wrong numbers, disconnected numbers, people hanging up, emails bounced back, people telling us they never requested info. We we would call several times & prospects would never answer the phone. After several weeks we understood that none of the leads were legit; it is a just a list of people they generated somehow; none inquired about us & next thing we know they charged our card for $1,000 on 10/05/21 & $1,000 on 11/01/21. We tried to dispute transactions with our card company but they knew exactly what to say to fight us back. We hired this company to generate leads & instead they just charged our card & never gave us any valid leads. If you visit their website, we still show as their ************** have canceled our services on 10/26/2021. Im sure that most of the companies they advertise on their website are in the same position we are.They probably buy lists of people that attended franchise tradeshows but show interest in other franchise companies but NEVER in us.We canceled our agreement, via ************* they continue to sent us leads. We would receive ***** leads within 5 minutes. This doesnt make any sense, if it was a legit lead there is no way that 30 people inquire about us all at the same time.
