We used supreme to install an aluminum patio back in 2020. We were initially very pleased with their work and happy with the product. Several months later we experienced some leaking and rusting. They resealed it and painted over the rust spots which addressed our issue. However, a year is so later it began leaking again. This time it ruined the fan and a light. So we ordered a replacement fan which they paid for and installed and resealed it again. Then we were good for another year. Then in mid 2022, it began leaking again. Ive been calling them for the past year and still havent had anyone come out to fix the leaks. I read in the ****** reviews that they had filed for bankruptcy which explains it. They were not BBB accredited so my recommendation for anyone looking to do work on your is to make sure that you are dealing with a solid business. A business with a well earned reputation and that stands by their work. I will most likely have to hit another companys to address the issues with the patio.Initial Complaint

I have paid 2 of 3 payments of $2400. They are supposed to install a patio for me and I was notified by a previous employer that they are not installing patios because they filed bankruptcy. Apparently they took my last payment knowing they were filing. I have not received a call or email or anything from them. I have called and left messages. Not sure how to proceed.Initial Complaint

Installed a aluminum pergola that failed, then installed a new one. Has been leaking since installation and cannot get anyone to respond and fix the leaks. Have been calling for a year without getting a call back/visit to fix the problem. Pooling rainwater ruined installed lights and fans, and now running back into the house, causing internal leaks.Initial Complaint

I gave a deposit to this company to start a pergola over my patio on July 2022. The deposit was close to 6K and to this date - February 9, 2023 - there is zero progress on this project. Literally none. No permits have been filed with the City of ************, I can't even get someone to return my calls in a consistent manner. Every no and then I will be able to reach someone who tells me - we are ready to move forward with this project and then nothing - radio silence for weeks. To clarify - our contract stated that the process from start to finish would take 3-4 months (which would have been October of last year). In November they said they finally had the permits that they were going to send to get approval, and nothing happened. I requested my deposit to be returned, as they are now in clear breach o contract only to be told that the contract states that I would lose my deposit (it does not state that anywhere in the contract), and the project says the 3-4 month timeline is "just an estimate". We are now 7 months in and I am unable to reach anyone, and there is no update on this project.Initial Complaint

Signed original contract on 4/25/22 to building an alumiwood pergola; down payment of $2,362.Signed permit application of 6/16/22, still have yet to receive permit/approval from county. The original contract estimates **** days to secure a city permit (amount $1,200); and 3-4 weeks to complete the project. 6-months after signing the original contract the zoning approval is still pending, mainly due to inaction and non-follow up.I've made repeated calls and e-mails for updates. I only get excuses for their mistakes for submitting the wrong docs to the county and their company's staffing shortfalls, etc. I've been more than patient and feel that I'm getting the runaround. I have zero confidence this project will ever get completed.Business response

Good afternoon,
We have been in communication with the homeowner, the county rejected project and the size was reduced. The homeowner has been keep in the loop and knows about the delays, his permit is ready and he has been scheduled. We would appreciate him removing the complaint.
