      The date of April 24, 2023 I called Appliance and Service Depot, **** to come fix my dryer. He replaced a sensor but charged me like if he replaced the whole heating element from the dryer. I called him back that he charged me more than he should have and his response was that he is not cheap and he is well trained appliance tech. On the receipt it says that he warrants his labor and parts for 90 days. It has been 40 days from the date of repair and now my dryer is not heating again so I tried calling and texting him and he does not respond to any of my messages or calls. This is not a company I would recommend to anyone and his services are not guaranteed.

      HI SORRY TO HEAR YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH MY SERVICES BUT TO MY BEST KNOLEDGE MY SERVICES WAS RENDER CORRECTTLY. BEFORE I WHENT TO DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM OF THE  APPLIANCE I TOLD THE CUSTOMER I CHARGE $125 FOR MY ********************** CALL. WHEN I DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE I TOLD THE CUSTOMER IT WAS THE HEATING ELEMENT WITCH IS ALSO PART OF A SENSOR THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED I ALSO TOLD HIM BEFORE I REPLACE THIS PART YOU NEED TO CLEAN YOUR HOUSE EXAUST DUCT OR YOUR APPLIANCE IS GOING TO BREAK AGAIN AND I TOLD HIM MY REPAIR PRICE $300 AND HE SAID YES DO IT. I DIDNT NOT FORCE HIM IN ANY WAY. BUT I NOTICE THAT A OLD MAN WAS STANDING IN BACK OF ME AND  WAS VERY AWARE OF WHAT I WAS DOING AND ASKING QUESTIONS. AT THE MOMENT I TOUGHT HE WAS JUST BEEN CURRIUOS BUT I FINISH *** HE INSISTED OF ME LEAVING THE OLD PART ON HIS HAND SOW I DID NOT KNKOW THAT AS SSO AS I FINSH THE *** AND I WAS DRIVING I GET A CALL FROM ****** TELLING ME THAT HIS FATHER THINKS THAT I OVER CHARGE HIM FOR THE PART I REPLACED BECAUSE APPERNTLY HIS FARHER THINKS THAT HE COULD OF DONE THE *** OFCOURSE AFTER I ALREADY FINISH THE *** AND HE KNEW WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM HOW CONVINIENT. I ONLY GIVE MY CUSTOMERS 30 DAYS ON LABOR AND PARTS. ***************** CALLED ME 30 DAYS AFTER HIS WARRANTY AND I TOLD THAT HE SHOULD OF CLEANED OUT THE EHAUST LIKE I TOLD HIM AND THE PROBLEM WOULD OF NOT HAPPENED. BUT FROM THE START HE WAS ALREADY GIVING  ME A HARD TIME ABOUT MY PRICING WITCH HE AGREED ON HE COULD JUST TOLD ME NO AND HE WOULD PAY ME $125 INSTEAD OF $300 AND HIS APPLIANCES WOULD OF GOTTEN FIX $300-125=175 AND IF HE THINKS THATS ALOT OF MONEY TO REPAIR HIS APPLIANCES THEN I AM SORRY  NOTHING ELSE I CAN DO ABOUT IT.

      Hired **** ****** (president of this company) to repair ice maker. He charged a fee for diagnosis of the problem which he found to be the water inlet valve after doing his diagnostic. After charging $300 for replacement there was no nice to be made several hours later. The problem with ice maker not making ice is still not solved and he refuses to come back to address the problem and remedy the situation despite payment. He now says he wasn't there to fix the ice maker in the first place which is untrue (see text conversation and payment description which stated that expectation was ice maker to be addressed).

      Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2021/12/23) */ hi this is **** ****** they called me and told me that ice maker was not making ice when arrived at the resident i check the fridge out and found out that one of the reasons why the ice maker was not making ice was because the water inlet valve was not working proper the water was not reaching the ice maker do to that I had to replace the water valve first to be able to detect any further issues they paid me for that repair but now been another issue the ice needs also replacement with that said i willing to go back and repair the unit but at another charge $$$$$ for that ice make that needs replacement in other words that fridge had two issues not just the ice maker and I am sorry for the inconvenience Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2021/12/27) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Not acceptable because after he replaced water inlet valve he said ice maker should work just give it several hours. It still did not work. He has not come back to fix the problem and deliver the service he said he was going to fix which is to fix the ice maker. We paid him to fix ice maker which he did not do. At the end of the day we were scammed and will be notifying others. Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/01/06) */ hi unfortunately the customers does not understand the concept behind a repair of fridge let me explain again i arrived at customers house the fridge had a shorted water inlet valve the water was not coming out of the front dispenser sow i can not know if the ice maker is bad or not if the water does not reach the ice maker first thing first i a change the water valve then i can know if the ice maker is good or not sow is two different things that wrong with the refrigerator unfortunately if he wants me to go fix the other part he is got pay my for the part ice maker replacement not only i replaced the water valve but i also replaced the customers water filter at no cost with that said sorry for the miss understanding and i willing to go back to repair it but for more money thank you Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2022/01/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Ultimately he does not understand we paid $300 to fix an ice maker which ice maker was not fixed. He knew that's what we hired him to do. He ran his "diagnostics" and claimed the water inlet valve was the reason that ice maker was not working. He replaced water inlet valve and said in a few hours once water gets to ice maker you should have ice made. No ice was ever made and the ice maker still did not make ice. We told him problem from the beginning that the ice maker did not make ice. He claimed issue was due to water inlet valve which still did not address the issue. He is in the wrong and it took **** to pay for a water inlet valve (which is way cheaper than ***** costs around ******* depending on brand). Ultimately ice maker was not fixed like you were asked and overcharged for a water inlet valve. He claims to do a partial refund **** which has not happened yet. Once I see a refund and see that he actually upholds his word we can proceed with some degree of resolve. But again **** to pay for a water inlet valve is price gouging. Will wait to see if he is true to his word regarding the refund.
