      If I could leave a negative star, I would!That b*tch hung up on me! This is exactly how the call went:She greeted. I said, "Hi, this is blah blah blah calling for blah blah blah. Checking to see if a medical claim was opened up fro one of my patients. She asked what the claim number was. I said, I do not have it, only name, date of birth and date of accident. She said, yeah that aint gonna work and hung up on me. Well she hit the transfer button that gave me the automated machine.I am livid!

      Dealing with them is so far the worst experience of my life when dealing with business. Unprofessional, disrespectful, disgusting, dishonest, useless, rude. Lies, lies, lies. I have no clue how they managed to stay in business. Terrible management and customer service. Im having nightmares and sadly Im not finished yet. DOING BUSINESS WITH LOYALTY IS MY WORST DECISION EVER. Its a traumatic experience for my family and me. PLEASE DONT REQUEST THEIR AWFUL SERVICE. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU END UP FEELING CHEATED, ROBBED, LIED, EMOTIONALLY DAMAGED, DEEPLY FRUSTRATED LIKE MYSELF.

      My quote increased for $187 to $543 after a claim for a rock hitting the windshield and according to them it was because after investigation they discovered that I'm a Uber driver, but I'm not, more than two years my account with has been inactive, unbelievable! Worst experience!

      Muy mala experiencia me aumentaron la pliza de 164 a 449 por mes sin avisar porqu alegan que tuve una cuenta con **** en el pasado y la puedo reactivar en cualquier momento no recomiendo esta compaa miamense creada por cubanos una basura

      Please dont go to them for insurance They gave me a quote then raised it stating I was a Uber driver I contacted Uber and they told me they have no records of me being a Uber driver I had Uber formal write a letter stating that but the insurance decline the later n stated it wasnt formal enough I was dealing with this situation for a whole month calling everyday and the adjuster who messed up this in the first place *********************** never answers her phone or call back instead she would email 2 weeks later just horrible customer service

      This is the worst insurance I've ever had, I have full cover and I've been paying every si gle month. I had an accident and they didn't send anyone to check the damage I had to find the bodyshop. The estimate they came with was based on pictures once the shop took all the pieces appart it was way more. The insuance accepted the estimate and until now they have not pay the bodyshop. My car iwas fixed almost 3 months. You don't know what stress this cause me.

      This is the worst insurance I've ever had, they charge me $1379 for 6 months. A month later they wanted to charge extra because my dad is living with me. He got his own car and ins. I refused to provide my dad's info so they decided to cancel my insurance, leaving me with no insurance

      THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH. THEIR INSURED RAN ME FROM THE BACK ALMOST KILLING ME AND MY FAMILY. THE DRIVER RECEIVED RECKLESS DRIVING. I OPENED THE CLAIM WITH THIS INSURANCE AND WHEN THE ADJUSTER *********************** WAS ASSIGNED TO MY CASE SHE CALLED ME WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE AND DID NOT ASK NOT ONE TIME ARE WE ALL OKAY ALL SHE SAID WAS OH YOU HAVE ATTONREY SO I WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH ALL YOU NEED TO DO AND WE GO FROM THERE AND HUNG UP ON MY FACE. MY AUTO ACCIDENT WAS ON AUGUST 30 UP TO TODAY I HAVE NO CHECK FOR REPAIRS MY FAMILY IS HURT AND SHE HAS NO BODY INJURY. THEY STILL DD NOT SENT A DECLARATION PAGE TO MY ATTONREY SOMETHING IS FISHY HERE. I CALL THEY PLACE ME ON HOLD AND NEVER COME TO THE LINE. I EMAIL ****** SHE NEVER ANSWER BACK. THEY MAKE AS IF I AM THE ONE WHO HIT THEIR INSURED WHEN IT WAS THEIR INSURED WHO RAN US IN THE BACK WHILE TEXTING AND DRIVING. THEY ARE ALL RUDE AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL THEY TREAT THE CLAIMANTS LIKE C*** I AM GOING TO GET AN ATTORNEY AND MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY GES DOWN THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT OTHERS WHO ARE SERIOUSLY HURT BY THEIR INSURED.

      An absolutely ***************!!! They have provided zero follow-up for a claim that was filed when calling you will be on hold for 30 minutes or more only to have them disconnect the call.
