My car was needed new tires. My economic situation isnt good at the moment so I went to this business and they offer a financing program wich worked perfectly for me for easy payments. I did a deal with this store, but. The **** I put on the car are totally y bad conditions and were supose to be new. I ***t know if there are new or used, I bought em from this store at a very high price and actually double that what it would cost online or another place. I called em right away when I drove the car that day and explain my concern regarding a hi shaking on the car. I ve been three times at the store and they ***t want to be responsable as a warranty for the product they sold. They said my car was having other issue on the car wich is unacceptable because my car is 2022 in perfect conditions. Because the wheels are after market I desired to go to a different store and check the balance and what I found were all the **** defected. They cant be balance because the **** are blent. I called em again and they *** want to exchange or solve the situation and This is under warranty!!!I paid over price, the finance company is charging me for this and I ***t have the right product.I cant upload the receipt because they ***t wanna give me a copy of this.Business response

To whom it may concern:
This will serve as a response to a complaint reported to the Better Business Bureau. We have verbally spoken with the customer in regards to his complaint. These wheels are brand new and they were taken out of the box in perfect condition. Unfortunately, in some cases wheels could come with a manufacturing defect. Therefore the wheel maybe bent due to transit or from manufacture. We have explained to the customer that his issue with the ********************** are not a labor or installation issue. We have emailed and sent a certified letter (see attached) requesting for the customer to make an appointment to take the necessary next steps to replace his defected wheels. The next steps will be as follows to determine to the wheel or tire defect:
Make an appointment to perform testing of the wheels and tires to determine defectiveness.
How is the test performed: we unmount the tires on each wheel and perform a road force balance with just the wheel. This will determine if in fact the wheel is defective or the tires are defective. This will also determine if its one wheel or all four.
We sent our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience to the customer and we will do everything in our power to replace his defective wheels.
As of today October 19th, 2022, we are awaiting on ********************************* to schedule an appointment to conduct the necessary test. We last spoke with the customer on October 19th, 2022 approximately at 10:15 am.

El 09/17/2021 llame a esta compaa miami best wheels para hacer una compra y me hicieran la instalacin de una radio tctil para mi carro, un monto en disputa de 3.081,60$ El synchrony bank me aprueba el prstamo para esta compra, cuando dejo mi carro para la instalacin me dice una fecha de entrega y no fue as ok espero para *** me lo entreguen cuando llego el da de la entrega *** fue ya de noche al da siguiente veo todo los problemas *** me est provocando esta mala instalacin les escribo a la chica encargado le escribo al dueo y no me respondan cuando hago la primera disputa en el banco hay fue donde me escribieron, son unas personas *** no estn pendiente de los mal servicio *** ocasionan yo en la 2 disputa les mando las prueba al banco una carta explicando todo los problemas les mando foto de las conversaciones *** tuve les mande video de los problemas *** tengo por el mal servicio ya tengo 4 beses en disputa en el banco y real mente no entiendo qu pasa en la 3 disputa el banco me pidi *** los llamara yo lo hice y le dije *** me hicieron un mal trabajo todo el problema *** tengo y sigo teniendo le dije *** ya no quiero nada *** me quitaron todo eso y me dijo *** me iba a llamar y todava sigo esperando YO YA NO QUIERO ************ COMPAA QUIERO QUE ME QUITEN ********* NO QUIERO SU SERVICIO MS **** YO PIEMSO PAGAR POR UN TRABAJO MUY MAL ECHO, si toco el limpia parabrisa la radio se pone en ***** y verde no tiene conexin buena la cama *** me instalo dicindome *** es la marca alpine y no es ****** *** cmara se ve mala el tctil de la radio tiene problemas los controles del timn *********** no funcionan con la radio me colocaron un papel en el tablero y no era el color *** les ped y todo mal instalado a aveces no se conecta con el telfono cuando me llaman no me pueden entender las persona el nmero de invoice **************************************************************************************** quiten todo este mal trabajo yo Tengo pruebasBusiness response

Miami Best Wheels communicated with *********************************** on several occasions trying to coordinate an appointment and he never answered the call. We always offer a guarantee on everything as we have the material in the Wrap store and we have the module so that all the controls of the car work. rudder, however, so if the radio has a defect, we change it if necessary if he refuses that we do not do the installation or repair, it is already an issue that we cannot handle since we are here with all the best disposition to fix everything and I think to make a dispute to the ************** card without answering our calls, which is really said here that we have not responded saying that is totally false since we have everything available to do it now if he wishes today.
I personally called you from my personal phone and I never received a return call. I think it is a lack of etiquette to say that we lie when we have never really refused to attend to your claim and we are here fully available to do so.
