I'd guess that this shop can do almost any kind of body work and do it so that it looks like new. Someone ran into our car and was ticketed for illegal lane change. GEICO, our insurer, works with this shop and has an office on the premises, so it was a breeze to schedule an appointment and drop off the car with them, exchanging it for a rental conveniently provided by ******* with Enterprise. Although we were told to expect ***** days for the repair, especially with supply chain delays, we were pleasantly surprised to get the car back looking clean and beautiful in just a little over a week. I couldn't have asked for more, under the circumstances. A GREAT staff. Although I hope to never have to use them again, it's good to know they're there and reliable.Review from Alexander R

This is the most dishonest establishment I have ever been involved with. These people don't know anything about customer service and how to talk to people. Their work is sloppy and they don't have the skill set when it comes to the electronics of cars. In fact they botched my repair and then tried to conceal it and cover it up. When I discovered it, they tried to put the blame on me that it was already broken . They also claimed that the defect was due to a non factory installed part. I had to prove them wrong by proving the build sheet of the car and owners manual to the insurance company that was covering the repair that the keyless push button start came standard from the factory on my model van. The repair was finally completed 3 weeks later when the insurance company had the car taken to the dealer who resolved the issue. Read the negative reviews others have posted they are all true. Stay away!! hope the insurance company drops this body repair shop! They are bad people.

Dishonest is the place that sold you the vehicle. Dishonest is you trying to have the insurance company fix the rigs that were done to your vehicle, furthermore, that's insurance fraud you were attempting to commit. The keyless entry was not standard to the vehicle and we were the ones who took the vehicle to the dealer, dealer did not find any issues pertaining to the repairs we performed, not ********************** Upon checking the wiring we came upon several rigs and shorts that were done in order to make the keyless entry work. We presume the keyless entry was installed by you or the place you bought it from. Once the wiring was replaced with your rigged one all the dash lights came up and we had to reset it multiple times.
If you have any questions call our offices and we'll explain again the issues. Or, you can pass by again and we can go over the repair process in person. We'll have our techs and managers take good care of you.
