I had gotten some repairs done like two months ago to resolve an overheating issue. My car started over heating again and I knew I needed an oil change and possibly some coolant so I took it to them to see if that was the concern or if it was the same issue as before. I made it very clear to the front desk receptionist (both young ladies are the owners daughters) and the mechanic that I ONLY wanted him to look at my car to let me know what the concern was. I was ******* clear that I didnt want an oil change because I had already purchased a certificate via Group On for **********. Despite my making this clear and the mechanic lying and saying my car wasnt running hot and he was going to put some oil in the car to see if that was the concern, he changed my oil and I was told I owed them $66. I argued that I made it clear I didnt want an oil change because of my certificate for ********** and how its bad business practice to do work on a persons car without agreement and charge them for it. I paid them because I wanted to avoid problems (meaning me acting a fool). But this place will never get my business again!! I also have been recommended from the last visit and I took cards to pass out, but I wouldnt dare send business their way. They are dishonest and the front desk was very dismissive of my arguments that I didnt agree to the oil change to begin with. She had the nerve to tell me he saved my engine, I replied that was my grocery money and he saved it without my permission. A complete violation of my rights as a consumer to agree to work being done! What if I didnt have the money??? Avoid this place they are thieves and I wish this wasnt so, because I was so glad to have a trustworthy mechanic. I also noticed red flags when he stated my car wasnt running hot, when he saw the steam coming out when he removed the cap. I hope that $66 was worth it, because your business will lose a lot more for taking advantage of a single mother. Thank God Im saved!

I took my unmoving car for repair and told the mechanic to repair it. After changing a battery and alternator, that costs me 600 dollars. He told me to drive it, but the brake of the car is so bad to the point it was impossible to stop the car at all. It was dangerous not only for me but also for the traffic on the streets. He is irresponsible and unprofessional.
