      I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the recent car purchase from your dealership. My name is ******, and I purchased a used ****** corolla 2017 from Motoro Cars in June 2023.Four months ago, the owner of the dealership assured me that the car was not worth repairing due to suspension issues. Consequently, he informed me that he would be refunding the money I had paid for the vehicle. I had given half of the funds as an initial payment, expecting a refund as promised.However, it has come to my attention that the owner has disappeared, and even your employees are unaware of his whereabouts. This situation has left me in a state of uncertainty and financial distress. I have not received any communication or updates regarding the status of my refund.In one instance, the owner mentioned closing his bank account, and he cited family problems as reasons for the delay. While I empathize with personal challenges, it is not an excuse for failing to fulfill a commitment, especially one involving a substantial amount of money.I would like to emphasize that my expectation is simply to receive the refund promised for the purchase of the car. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but communication is key in such situations. The lack of transparency and the owner's disappearance have created an atmosphere of frustration and concern on my part.I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and provide me with a resolution. I am open to any communication channels or documentation required to facilitate the process. If necessary, I am prepared to take legal action to recover the funds owed to **** trust that your dealership values customer satisfaction and upholds ethical business practices. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

      On July 12 2023 I bought a car from ***** owner of Motoro Cars. The car was far from described which I didn't noticed until later on but that's fine an older car needed repairs is not unusual. But after I bought the car cash for ***** I was told the title will be arriving at my house within a week. A few weeks passed and no title. I went to the tag agency and turns out the car was not only not under his name or the companies but it also had a lean from ******** financial. He sold me a car he did not legally own. After waiting and waiting as per his instructions that he was trying to resolve it he never did. I tried getting my money back and after agreeing or text messages he now says his lawyer needs to go through it.

      ***** was given a option to return the vehicle for a refund and he decided to not wait for our attorney to draw a formal paperwork to unwind the deal. We were never aware the vehicle had any liens on it.

      its been over 3 months trying to get resolve this issues and after been told by ************ would get my money back he then retracted as hes done before and said we have to wait for the attorney. After 3 months of patiently waiting with 0 results. I uploaded some of our conversations I have more but it only lets me put 5. Please look at the dates on the messages. He also has another bbb complaint that he had accused me of filing complaint number is 20587489 he sent me screenshots of the filled complaint. This is not a good person.

      I have purchased Audi 2010 Q5 ( VIN ***************** ) from Motoro cars Inc located at ********************************************* and paid $7000 for the vehicle on June 20, 2023 with one year warranty. The agreement was the car is in clean title and motoro cars will change all 4 new tyres, will do ******************* detailing and fix the sun roof issues with in 1 day ( roof curtain was missing ) .They have committed and assured that it can be fixed next day. but they took almost a month for repairing the curtains. Finally delivered the car on 07/17/2023 with a temporary title (DKR5893) and while returning home with in 5 miles the car showed up engine warning and i have informed them and they had accepted to look into the issue next day and this repair also took 10 days time. engine firing ratio problem. I suspect they reset the error code and cheated me.Then later on Aug 2nd another issue pop up " turn off engine, oil pressure is low " and they took the car and no updates about car or parts order status. On August 11th i went to Tax collectors office for title transfer and they have informed me that the title Motoro cars given to me is not the original one which issued 01/31/2023 and they have another electronic title issued on 07/17/2023 and the vehicle has an active Lien with **************************************** and i have sent multiple emails and tried to reach ******************* from Motoro cars Inc to get the updates but no proper response. I would like to get an update from them on my car repair status , part order details and title transfer issues. Since the date i purchased 06/20/2023 till date i had car just two or three days with me , rest all time it's been sitting on motorcar's garage with out servicing. I am struggling with out a car and i have to go for work also have school going child and an infant baby . I am not able to take care them with out a car Kindly help me in this situation

      I Still did not get any answer from motoro cars or any authority regarding my car .

      I still waiting to get my money back ( 7000$ ) paid for the car and i was not able to transfer the title due to active lien on it.

      Motoro cars holding the car since long for repair ...

      On 07/2021, the owner of MotoroCars, *******************; agreed to restore my **** *** 325I. ***** invoiced me a total of $16, 706.31. On 07/30/2021, I paid ***** $5,847.00 as down payment to start work, he accepted. On 08/2021, ***** contacted me demanding more money upfront asserting the vehicles floor was rotten and needed more work; I paid an additional $5.000.00. A few months later ***** advised me that the upholstery was going to be completed by 10/18/2021, and that the vehicle was currently being painted. ***** repeatedly reassured me the vehicle was almost complete and extended the completion date. ***** even sent me pictures via text messages of the alleged vehicles completed upholstery. On 10/21/2021, ***** asserted the vehicles Interior is done. ***** sent me a picture of my alleged vehicle painted. ***** on numerous times pushed back the completion date of my vehicle, it went from 10/2021 to 02/2022; while also sending me alleged pictures of my vehicles progress. On 05/28/2022, I showed up to MotoroCars in-person. Upon arrival I learned that my car was never worked on, it was instead dismantled for parts. After my visit, ***** made contact and changed his entire narrative, now stating that he tried his best but could not salvage my vehicle. ***** insulted my intelligence and patience. He deceived me into believing my car was going to be restored, knowing these were not his true intentions. He took my money and never restored my vehicle. This business and *******************, is a fraud. I have all electronic media and communication (text messages) evidence to validate my claims and all the aforementioned. I would like for Mr. ******************* to do either of the following: 1. Return the vehicle back to me restored as promised OR 2. Return my vehicle exactly like it was first dropped off the first time, return my money back (approx. $10,847) along with an additional sum to recompensate for my suffering, sustained deception of services and for waste of time.

      We received the vehicle which was sitting for many years in a parking lot next to the ocean. Upon starting the restoration on the vehicle quarter of the way through we advise client vehicle was to far gone to restore to original state. We offer a new chasis with all of the same specs that the original vehicle had to complete the restoration. We purchase all of the parts to gone on the new body or the old one but due to the rust occurred and present on the vehicle we could not continue with the restoration unless more work is done to replace floors pans chasis components etc. Customer came into the office and stated she wanted her vehicle restored and not going to pay one more dollar. We advised that it would take in excess of $20,000 to restore vehicle which she stated she will not **** She abandoned the vehicle in our lot for over almost 2 years and now is demanding a refund. We are in the process of a lien because of the abandoned status of the vehicle. We can send the vehicle on a tow truck if she likes but storages fees time that was put into the vehicle disassembly process and parts that where ordered and we still have that cannot return and refund is not a option. Either she has the vehicle picked up with the parts that where purchased or we continue with lien process.

      I found a Jeep Wrangler for sale on FB Market Place, it was advertised as being located in *******. After I gave a $500 deposit the owner told me it was located in ***** *******. I booked a flight down to ***** on March 21 2023 from ******* arriving at his shop at 8AM. The Jeep was far from road ready, many components were not hooked up or missing. I didn't get on the road until 3PM. The owner promised me that he would ship me the additional items. Additionally it was missing seat belts, so I drove home 9 hours without seat belts. I have contacted the owner several times and he tells me that they are on their way. I still do not have the title, seat belts or any other accessories promised me. It has now been 36 days and still nothing.
