      This company said the could pick it up without the keys I paid a total of 572 dollars 272 on my card and 300 dollars at delivery I paid extra for a winch trailer but the actual driver calls and says he cant pick it up without keys why did they tell me they could pick it up they only refunded me 120 dollars

      Yes, we are able to pickup vehicles without keys but your vehicle MUST BREAK STEER AND ROLL. In order for your vehicle to Break Steer and Roll the vehicle must be put into Neutral. We must be able to get inside your vehicle to put on your vehicle in Neutral. Correct you incurred a $150 cancellation processing fee as you confirmed you'll locked your vehicle and its located at shopping center. Information that was never provided to us.

      You were quick to put the blame on us but provided minimal information for the cheapest rate.

      Do not use this company! Their website has different prices than their contract. They will charge you $150 if you cancel regardless if you give them a lot of time (online it says theyll refund you all of your deposit if you give them 15 days notice.) Not true. We scheduled cars to be picked ** in December, immediately regretted it and they kept $300 of our deposit. They are crooks and liars.

      I apologize for your misunderstanding of our Term 10. You are eligible for a full refund if we can not pickup your vehicle 15 days after your requested pickup date.

      One star is too generous for this company. The signed contract is worthless as they did not fulfill it as written. The company they used to ship my car (not THEIR company, mind you) refused to deliver to the address written in the contract and the driver attempted to charge me more. The driver was incredibly rude when I asked pointed questions that he was unable to answer. I was not able to reach anyone at the office and no one ever returned my call. (They did return a call when I posed as another potential customer.) We refused to pay the additional money and got the car. Fortunately, we were able to get the word out to an acquaintance who needed to move three cars and was considering calling them. I trust this review will also reach others.

      Hello *********,

      I am truly sorry you feel that way. Our records indicate your vehicle was picked up on time and delivered in the allowed time frame. We understand sometimes at pickup and delivery the drivers big truck can not fit in some neighborhoods. For the safety of the truck and the vehicles on the trailer(TO AVOID DAMAGE), the driver could not deliver at your doorstep. Unfortunately, when your vehicle was being delivered, our office was closed Monday Sept 25 in observation of a religious holiday. Our regular business hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm est Fridays 9am- 5pm est and Saturday 9am - 1pm est. During those business hours someone is always available to answer your call on all 7 open phone lines. 
      We assure you, Ms. ********* all the drivers we work with try there best to get the closest to our customers location.
      Drivers are human beings may have tried to collect a different order COD or if you truly insist on delivering at your location he might have offered hiring a local to deliver at your doorstep which is at your expense.
      You hired us to transport your vehicle from is OH and deliver to the Las Angeles Area. Your vehicle was delivered in ****************

      National Auto Shipping is the worst. Was stranded due to break down in different state than my home state. Manny assured me he could pick my vehicle up the next day. Office staff are incompetent or could care less. Manny got my money and I never heard from him or the company again. Their answering machine says" We check our voice mail frequently. We will call you back" Never ever called after 2 days of leaving voice mails.Rented a car to drive back. Had to keep it for extra 3 days. Days later a very nice independent driver came to pick up my vehicle. Manny left a women (me) stranded, alone in a parking lot an extra 3 days. Told him I needed to be home for Mothers day. Guess he was at home celebrating with his family. Run far away from National Auto Shipping. They use subcontractors....find those independent drivers. It will be well worth your time. They make you give them a star or else THEY WOULD HAVE NOT HAVE RECEIVED ANY STARS!!

      No stars. Said driver would be in contact that day or next Never did. I called back 2 days later They answered said they would check and call back they did call back and said they can’t get a hold of driver. I canceled order. I will never use this company. So you have to give one star

      Unbelievable. AVOID at all costs. I had a military pcs move and stupidly hired this company to move my motorcycle. Completely screwed me over. I put up hundreds of dollars as a deposit, signed an agreement, was Promised that my motorcycle would be picked up before I moved out of my house, and then no one ever showed up, they stopped answering phones on the weekend, and then told me I'd just have to wait for another week or two, AFTER I had already moved and was now Paying to store my motorcycle because of their life excuses. NEVER trust this company or their empty promises I guarantee you it will cost you.

      I would never use or recommend this company again. We requested a quote to transport a VW Trike from AZ to ID and requested an enclosed trailer. We were quoted $895 and asked for $295 deposit with the remaining $600 due in cash or cashiers check upon delivery. We were given an estimates pick up date of 1/14 but nothing else. We actually received more information about the driver and pick up times from the seller of the trike than we ever did from the dispatch office. When I called on 1/11 to verify when to be home for delivery and that the driver would be able to properly secure the trike, the dispatch said that the current quote was for an open trailer with the trike fully operational and with it not operational it would require an enclosed trailer and it would cost $1995 instead of $895. The dispatcher then cancelled the 1st quote and shipping order. They said that the driver was going to pick up the trike on 1/12 so the cancellation was less than 72 hours notice and they would be charging a $250 fee and only refunded the remaining $45 of our deposit. Dispatch did NOT ever provide us with any information for the driver or when pick up would actually occur. The seller gave the driver (who had contacted him) our phone number. When I spoke to the driver, he said that he had already informed dispatch that he uses an enclosed trailer and that he could not access our information from the dispatch system. He sent us pictures of his truck & trailer & his business card. We made direct arrangements at that point. He said it was the first time he had tried to work with National Auto Shipping and he wouldn't be doing it again. Poor communication skills and a feeling that they are just out the cheat you.
