Shiplux got the job done! While we had some communications challenges related to the pickup of our car, once we did connect with the driver, it was all smooth sailing. Our car was transported from **. *****, ** to ******, **. It was picked up at approximately 2:00 PM on a Tuesday and was delivered, some 1600 miles later, at 4:00 PM in ******. We were amazed at how quickly our car arrived at its destination.***************************** who handled our account did a good job of communicating with me, but there did seem to be a bit of a breakdown between communications with the driver who picked our car up. We were told he would arrive by noon but we heard nothing from the driver until approximately 1:00 PM when he told us he would arrive at 2:00 PM. That was a bit frustrating since we also had to travel about 350 miles in our motorhome as a first leg of our move to ******Otherwise, all went well and according to plan.Review from Lance M

I have shipped one car with them and attempted to ship another. Both occasions were met with poor communication, dates that moved and the final attempt to ship was a promised pick-up date, a call by me to them 2 days prior to confirm and when the day arrived there was no car, no pickup and now we are 5 days past, and I have not been able to get a return call or email with an explanation. If you want a car shipped, go somewhere else. I am confident they are simply the broker who sells the service and tries to find a driver to fill the order.Review from Brad G

My online search for a company to transport a motorcycle from rural *******, W. ******** to urban *******, ******** brought up many carriers. Of these, ****** from Shiplux contacted me by phone. I appreciate the personal touch. This agent provided me with a form to fill out, and then explained the process. Within a one-week time frame where the seller and me, the buyer, exchanged documents and payment, ****** from Shiplux kept in contact. With the sale finalized, I asked ****** to please find me a driver. He did so and quickly. The arrangement being set, the pick up and delivery were the last steps to complete a week long process. Because of the very careful planning by ******, I had my motorcycle that same weekend! This agent is easy to communicate with, has a great knowledge of the shipping industry, and shows excellent care in helping his client. Had an expensive motorcycle shipped from ******** to ********. Driver was very careful packing the cycle. No damage occurred on this long trip and arrived early . I will use them again if the need arises. **************Review from Hailame K

Deceptive and disrespectful. Have a vehicle being transported from ** to **. Was picked up on a Friday and was told it would be delivered by Tuesday. I have GPS on the vehicle and it sat in a lot for 2 days after it was picked up. Did not even start moving until a couple hours before I was told it would be delivered. I was not given an update the entire time, until I reached out myself a day before it was supposed to be delivered, because I had reached out asking for an update. When relaying my frustrations of mismanagement of expectations and my representative whose name was *******, he not only was dismissive in his response, but then began to tell me how I was the one being unreasonable, even though the vehicle did not start moving until right before it was supposed to be delivered. I would stay far away from this service company. I consider myself someone very easy to work with, but this has been by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.Review from Allen Y

First, the company has a deceptive ****** advertising, that they also called their business as Mr *** *******, which is the same name as another business called Mr. *** Shipper. The bigger problem is Mr. *** Shipper is a business partner with PODS and Pack-Rat. So right out of the bat they want to deceive from their direct ****** ads.Second, due to the low price, I booked their car shipment. But after I signed the service agreement, the whole company seemed to have disappeared, I called 7 times to try to confirm that there would be a driver coming to pick up my car. I got zero call back to confirm. They would never call you back, even worse than a dentist trying to proactively reminding you about an appointment.As of 5/14/2024 today, their phone line is completely dead, all dial numbers went to voice mail (even calling to get a new quote). I could not talk to any human. I believe their business may be broke.Review from Troy A

Had a item shipped with shiplux. Schedule for pick up and delivery made payment. They told me when they would pick up we agreed . Pick happened day's later then agreed upon. Now delivery past due, with no communication from company. I have tried calling a dozen of times and they tell me they will get back to me but never do. Their web sight says many things that have not proved true.They do not communicate with you, driver tracking, and reliable pickup/delivery is a lie.
