For several months, ever sunce I bought my car, this company has been sending me unsolicited mail trying to sell me an extended warranty. Repeated calls to ask to be taken off the mailing list have not worked. All I get is a sales pitch. The letters are false advertising. They try to appear as official vehicle notices, Official Business, Important Auto Information. The letters state that I am outtung myself at risk because my warranty has expired. They are often marked as Final Notice, but they just keep coming. Language like "Our records indicate you have not contacted us to get your service contract up to date." I want the harrassment to end. I just want them to remove me from their mailing list.

Im getting frequent mail from these folks about a car warranty that is about to expire. The letter is misleading. If you dont closely read it you may think it is legitimate. It claims that its a final notice and then you get another one. I would like to know how they got my information and I would appreciate them stopping the letters. Its a scam to get you to call and have to hang up to stop their verbal abuse,

They sent me a "Final Notice" that my car warranty was expiring, even though I have never contacted this company and do not have a warranty through them. It is simply a disingenuous and unethical scam attempt.

For the last 2 years I have been asking ****** GROUP to stop sending mailers about auto warranties to my residents. Just received another mailer today and called and asked to remove me from their mailing list. I have reason to believe that my requests are being ignored and now constitutes harassment. I am now asking BBB to step in to help with a resolution before I escalate to retaining the services of an attorney.

this company and/or it's agents have sent at least 3 final notices a year for the last 4 or 5 years. when I tell them I no longer own the car they start asking me about my current car. I tell I don't need a warranty be I have one thru the lone company that is better than any one I buy elsewhere. One guy even got mad and said I was lying. I asked to be removed from there contact list and they immediately hung up on me. they still call every week or so I do not answer

I received a letter in the mail stating that this is a so called final notice. They did not list my vin or any details confirming my actual car . They also got my name wrong. They do not list their address and in very small letters at the bottom of the letter, it reads all policies are through ******. Of course there is nothing wrong with my car warranty (my car is less than five years old ).

This is a scam company that is sending myself, my roommates and my neighbors repeated "Final Notice" letters about how our car warranties are running out. It's obvious they try to hide their company name and all on the letter and the phone number they give is listed as a scam by dozens of people online. The letter gives no corporate address etc. Their website seems to make it a point of leaving bits off of their address intentionally. Something needs to be done....
