I am getting these letters as well for a vehicle I have never owned. I agree with the other writers. These people must be scammers and need to be stopped. The latest letter came today, August 19, 2024. I have already filed a complaint with the *** for what little good that will ever do.Review from Dave S

Send a ridiculous number of only attemp letters to renew a warranty that my father never had for a vehicle he never owned. Name hidden in tiny print near the bottom. Try to make it look like its from DMV or the car manufacturer. I think it is Shameful that they would keep sending this garbage to elderly who may not catch the disparities and think it is legit!Review from ron H

This company appears to target the elderly with confusing official-looking phishing "offers" for extended warranties on vehicles. My father got one of these today, for a vehicle that he doesn't own...has never owned. It claimed that if he did not respond within 60 days, he would lose all coverage. It came in an envelope that is reminiscent of those used by the **** The name of the company is hidden in the small print at the very bottom of the page. I'm not sure why these "companies" are allowed to do business at all.Review from Richard F

I want this company to stop sending me false notifications about a service contract that I never had for my car that does not exist. They say I have a 2019 ***** HHR. GM never made a 2019 ***** HHR. I have received several similar letters and postcards ******************Review from Harvey W

MY COMPLAINT: Over the last twelve months I have received FINAL NOTICE letters informing me that my factory warranty (re: 2017 Chevrolet) has expired and that I have not contacted them (?) to get my service contract up to date.AT ISSUE: I no longer own the vehicle and, to my knowledge, the warranty in question was not serviced by this (?) AP USA Groip (?)Request all info for ********************************************************************* be removed from this groups database and that all mailings to me will cease.Review from Earl C

I got the letter today as I think I have received many in the past. No address either on the envelope or on the inside is the first clue that this is a scam. What a waste! This type of solicitation should be outlawed.Review from Ted B

I have been receiving these letters for over a year now. This letter was addressed to my wife who died a year ago for a car we have never owned. If everyone would send these letters to the ******* Attorney General, they might do something about these maggots.
