              worst bank to get a loan from. if I can give them no star, that is what they deserve. Their loan officers have no idea what they are doing and can not coordinate with their lawyer/legal team. They request duplicate information and no one makes a decision. when you ask to talk to the person in charge or a decision maker.. you get the "i dont know" answer all day long. Not Sure why SBA approved them as a lender for business. I hope this post helps anyone asking for a loan with Newtek. dont do it !!!

              I asked multiple times, on separate dates, BEFORE my CD's maturity date (Apr 14,2024) to withdraw my CD, and they told me to do it on the day of (which was a Saturday). This bank has no option to move/transfer the money out of your account. I will report it further if they do not give my money back.

              Literally the worst banking system you could possibly imagine. Locked out of my account multiple times. Had to re-submit my information to them multiple times to unlock it. Terrible customer service. Still waiting for them to approve an external transfer of $192.00 after being declined twice. Company tries to force you to stay with them. Worst agent I ever worked with was ***********************. Do everything you can to avoid him. Typical bumbling banker.

              Bank stole my interest. Says they cannot pay me the interest for the amount of time my money was in their account. Says no minimum balance yet closes my account when it was at 0 dollars. False advertising and theft.
