      On 4-11-2023 we signed a contract with ***** from AA CONCRETE SOLUTIONS for a driveway. We gave him a check for $3200.00 which was cashed within two days.The permit application was finally applied for on 9-5-2023. The city replied with corrections that needed to be made within 30 days. They were not made and the application expired. So we called ***** numerous times to get our money back. He has given us one excuse after another. We would just like our money back.

      we understand clients decided every minutes their project and who want to deal with, they called to get their driveway done by us. We pulled permit we paid 200 for front fee, which is not included. permit at *************** are not easy to deal with it and we didn't addresses the correction into the time frame they gave us, so they canceled that application. clients called city and verify this so he want to cancel the project. Later on he called us to reopen the project and he want $2000 discounts on of total $9000 cost of the driveway project. which we find not good after he signed a contract. so we talked about some discount but not that amount. 30 days later he called again to cancel the project because he find better deal and he is now want his money back. ***** one of the salesman who the clients deal with it send a letter February 26th and we find out no one see the email at the office so we are gonna pay him back but will we take 10% of the contract as he signed and we wont charge for any fee from the city we apologies for the inconveniences we urge to resolve this matter

      data of transaction 2020~amount paid 8000~business/contract stated two things were to be done;1)concrete slab 2)retaining wall nature of dispute no retaining wall was built and now the concrete slab has a major crack all way through because of failure to do so no effort to reach out and resolve from business/contract First, the contract that I signed, which matches my driver's license, does not state that cracks are not covered under the warranty.Second, you did not complete the work as requested. The contract that I signed states that you would build a retaining wall, but you failed to do so, as evidenced by our email exchange from 2020.Third, you failed to comply with the contract's "all work is guaranteed to be as specified" clause.Fourth, you failed to uphold your website's "100% satisfaction guaranteed" policy.

      Hi *****, I contacted you thro Instagram, but you gave me not choice you DID NOT CALL AT MY CELL PHONE ONCE, your project was made 3 years ago. We did all protocol from our side, concrete can crack anytime, you should hire and Architect to resolve this matter, you need a professional Engineer or Architect. As a concrete company we did all protocol in order to prevent crack remember this was mad 2019

      the company started a job back in Feb of 2021 and still haven't finished and I already paid them off, the day I send the last 10%of the payment they cancel because it was raining and they needed to finished the gloss coating of the concrete, after that they been pushing my job back and back. I been in contact with the company but they keep telling me that they been busy to give them more time, I told them how much time they need, it's been almost a year... the last text I send to the son owner was back in januari 6, I explained to him that I was tired of waiting for them to give me a date of when they will finish my job, he kept saying that they been busy, I told him that my job should of have more priority since it hasn't been finished. I told him that I will give them a month from Jan 6th to contact me with a date of when they going to finish the job if not I will file a complaint..still I haven't gotten a phone call since.

      We are completely sorry about the delay, she is been contact one of the sales man of the company and we did not get the message or paperwork to do the job, I will be contact her Monday 21st of March to schedule the work so we can closed this issue. we are apologies for take it so long but we will get it done
