This occurred on 06/06/2024 . I arrived at the Motorcycle training area at 11:30AM in full motorcycle safety gear and helmet and I was passing all the tests and maneuvers the trainers had us perform. The complaint is that around 2:30PM it was extremely hot at +95 F and I was on the verge of Heat stroke. I let the instructor ****** know what was happening and he said he understands and that I should go home. Furthermore the class before us someone had a heat stroke in the training area that the ambulance showed up to take him to the hospital. All I'm asking for is a refund because ****** the trainer told me that he was going to call his higher *** and let them know to reschedule me and to look out for an email in the next few days. Its been over 2 months and I haven't received a call or an email. I'm extremely ***et at the fact that I wasn't rescheduled and being out $399.00 with no consideration of the circumstances. Upon receipt of this notice we taken the following actions. An investigation of our records indicate that the student started the course and self counseled themselves out due to health concerns. He signed all documents associated with the course and assumed the risk and responsibility of taking the course and acknowledged there is no guarantee of success. The instructor followed all procedures for a safe learning environment. The course is conducted outdoors and with concern for the student's well being the instructor advised the student that he should stop. MTII offers a easy process that requires the student to contact our offices to reschedule at their convenience. The instructor reported, per MTII policies regarding dismissals and drops, that the student can call the office to reschedule when the wether is cooler. The instructor followed MTII procedures since instructors operate from remote locations and only administrative staff at our main offices can handle the rescheduling process. Under no circumstances would an instructor volunteer to violate MTII policies and procedures. From the date of class we have no record of the student contacting our office to reschedule or request a refund. MTII does not offer refunds after a student has started the course but we do offer rescheduling. During the registration process students must acknowledge that the fees are non-refundable once the course starts and they begin riding. The confirmation email the student received with their course information would reiterate the no-refund policy. That said, and to mitigate the student's hardship, MTII has refunded the total cost of the course effective August 23, 2024. The refund should show on the students statement within two to three business days. In addition we will offer the student the course at a future date, during our cooler season, at a discounted rate to help them achieve their goal of being and safe motorcycle rider.Business response

The documentation the complaint includes is not relevant to anyting regarding this claim. What is the purpose of showing the student's typing speed?
