I have been searching for legal help with regards to this *** for a while and I see there are several law suits against them in the hope that I can join a class action,maybe. My complaint basically a repeat the other complaints you have already. I was 1st called by a man called *****************************, and he told me all about this Amazon Automation and that it's a store on Amazon run for me. I was in hospital at the time as my health is bad. It sounded like a great investment for me as I am severely disabled and this $30k was all I had left to try and get a good return on. He said it was a great opportunity and that he was an ex cop and had given up his job to do this, this reassured me more. Some friends we saying don't but when I relayed these to ******, he said they had my back and if it wasn't for me then I could have a refund of my $30k.I started off quite excited, I got all the legal stuff done and registered the business. I had to complete several training courses 100% before they could open my store, which I did. It took a long time for them to get back to me as promised, but finally did, blaming Covid for the delay. I then had to sign up for different software etc. which cost a monthly fee, and costs and different fees kept coming in. I finished the online training in good time, so there was no reason for everything to take so long. I then found that they spent my money, from an allocated credit card, bought a ton of shampoo. I complained but got no where. Slowly things started to change *********** of payment as well as it a lot of the Automation side. I asked for my money back, as in the contract but was told they didn't do that. When I logged into their portal, training videos I'd completed 100% now said 81% complete. The new videos showed they would do less tasks or I could pay more to have them do them. Contacts changed, emails changed and they just stopped responding to my request for my refund of $30k. I have worsening heart problems because of all this.
