I fell for these scammers like everyone else, unfortunately. I paid for an image for my daughter's 16th birthday cake I saw on their website via ****** and I knew I had to pay rush shipping in order to get it on time. The *** site continually reported "label created" but no delivery date. My daughter's party came and went with no communication from them even after I sent a couple more emails inquiring about my order. I can't believe they just took my money without any product at all!! WTF?? DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE !!! SCAMMERS!!!!

Didn't get my personalized message printed as I asked for. I reached out to them by email, chat, phone even left VM. No response back. Paid a little over $30 to be disappointed.

They refuse to provide what I paid for. I paid for three proofs to be approved before order processing. They just processed the order which arrived unusable. They refused to send the proofs. The person communicating with me told me I will get what he feels like sending, be happy with that and shut up. He acknowledges I paid for more but he didn't think it was worth sending. He has now threatened me. I am happy to share all email communication. He offered me a refund and then refused to send it. He refuses to even refund me for the proofs he refuses to send. I wish I had read the previous customer reviews. The person running this business is not simply a crook, he is dangerous. I am relieved we have security because this person is not safe to know your address. Be very careful! He needs to be shut down.

I made an order for my grandson and the package arrived 9 days after. I paid for expedited shipping and it was late. The package was open and the poster was wrinkled. I am not happy at all! If they can get shipping and quality on point perhaps my review would be favorable. Other than these problems what I ordered was delivered.

Don't do business with these illegal undocumented immigrants!!!! I believe that's who they are. They don't read nor speak English well. And they very uneducated and straight up ******. I ordered a cake topper so I can decorate my cake because my birthday coming up. I placed an order and they accused me of ***** due to my payment. My payment is fine and it's nothing wrong with my credit card. They knew what they are doing. They did responded my email with a ignorant response. Very very very unprofessional!!! They cancelled my order but no communication of my refund. I felt so sorry for them i told them Keep they money. But I will never ever ever do business with these illegals ever again. They need to shut that place down!!!!

I ordered an edible cake sheet from this horrible "business" and sent them a stock photo of exactly what I wanted. They sent me something completely different, an ugly picture that looked faded and also had a big crease in the middle. I informed them of their mistake. They responded rudely, saying I should have ordered the "proof". I explained to them that I purchased the proof with my previous order, but never received it, so I didn't bother purchasing it with this order. After 2 ignored emails, they finally agreed to issue credit, then told me to never order from them again. 6 days later, I have still not received credit. And they continue to ignore my emails. This "business" has a lot of growing up to do. Their level of maturity is elementary, at best and they shouldn't have the privilege to associate with the public, much less do business with anyone. They rip people off and should be shut down.

I placed an order on June 25, 2022, for a cake topper. I cancelled the order 4 hours later because I no longer needed it. Because I had paid over $30 to rush this order, I reqested a refund and received an email stating they would issue me the credit. After never receiving a credit and repeatedly calling and/or emailing this company, they sent an email on August 15 saying that a refund was issued on June 27 and that I would need "to check with your bank". The problem with that is, this order was placed on a credit card and not through my bank account, so this seems to be a blatant lie! I have repeatedly tried to call and/or email them since August 15, but no one ever answers the phone or returns my messages. I would NEVER recommend this very unprofessional company to anyone! I would give them a 0 rating if I could.

They are rude and disrespectful; I placed an online order on July 4, 2022. The item was a banner for my son's birthday. The company provides different options for mail delivery. I needed it by Saturday, 7-9-22. So I paid extra for the three-day delivery, which puts it here by 7-8-202. It was shipped on 7-6-22. I checked the track order, and it said the 8th than the 9th and 10th. But I didn't receive it until 7-12-22, late. I paid for three days. I emailed them wanting a refund or **** adjustment. They replied, being rude and saying they were not responsible. I work with a lot of companies since I love doing parties, and this one is the worst never had to deal with someone so disrespectful to a customer. I even reached out to **** and they told me the company had to call them so they could get a refund. I emailed them that information, and they said I was lying and *** won't do that. I was so shocked I couldn't believe it. They said they don't give a refund and have a policy stating they do not provide refunds. I told her your policy is not on the checkout screen when people are making their orders or paying for delivery options; she said oh well, that's your fault, not mine. This company needs to be shut down; the ******** service is a horrible business. All they had to do was credit me my 23 dollars for my shipping. I didn't even want the money back for the item, just the shipping fee since I got the item late. I would never use them in the future.
