Worst service manager and service mechanics in *****!!!!! Fix one thing and break rest of your car!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP GARBAGE. All the 5 stars here are LIES. IF YOU WANT BAD SERVICE OF YOUR VEHICLE THIS IS THE DEALER TO BRING YOUR CAR!!!! SERVICE MANAGER WORST PERSON TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN HISTORY

It appears that you recently had purchased the 2015 Transit Van with 129K miles and some preexisting conditions. We repaired the vehicle and provided you with a refund of $594.83. I have nothing but 100% respect for the way you treated me *** but your service manager has to be the worst customer relation person in the automotive industry and the mechanic that worked on that vehicle damaged the plastic and the cable of ****** and put it back broken. plus the rear seals he says he replaced are leaking on both side. and cylinder 6 on your report was miss firing because the mechanic unplugged it and put some kind of poxy glue to put it back. all this will be documented and posted with pictures where its being FIXED.Review from Renato
