      On March 23, I purchased a 2011 *** X5 to this dealer. I signed the No warranty paper and 1 week later the engine of this car turned of while I was driving and not starting back again in the middle of the road. The engine of this vehicle is bad. This car has been broken and I have not been able to use it. The engine of this car is almost out of the vehicle as we are trying to find an engine. I underdstand I signed off the No warranty paperwork but in less then 2 weeks of purchase this vehicle broke. Rosita Corp is aware as my husband texted him to give us a call and once they called my husband he explained what happened. The engine of this vehicle is over 5K and it is totally unfair that Rosita Corp does not take responsability of selling a car which it is impossible that they would not know that the engine was bad. I paid 7K for this ***.

      This car was checked and driven by us like all vehicles to make sure mainly engine ,transmission and ac is working properly to avoid this kinds of problems.The engine was working properly without a problem when they tested it.The car was purchase in ***** and was driven two ******* ,if the car had any problem it would have been noticed on the test drive or on the way to ******* but instead it happen 2 weeks later meaning we have no control of how buyers treat the car as soon as they leave the premise.We have been in business for 10 years and have sold more than 1000 *** since we know this brand and work on them daily. This could happen to either a used car or new car depeding on how is treated.Cars are sold as is with no warranty since we sell at wholesale, this is a car that retails between 7000 to ***** and it was sold for 5000.We are really sorry this happen but theres nothing we can do about it .

      I am rejecting this response because: This car was sold for 7000 not 5000. We gave them 5k in cash and 2k via zelle. This car broke within one week  this car was driven. From ***** to riverview not *******. We notified the dealer one week after it broke.

      Sorry my mistake ,yes it was 7000$ for the car ,but any of this is irrelevant to the problem.The car was driven by us and tested like stated before like we do with every car we sell,in case if it has problems is returned to the auction ,its also true the costumer didnt drive to *******, drove to ********* which is 272 miles away from the shop where purchased and then car was driven for another week as stated by the buyer which means if it was bad from the begining the car wouldnt have made it not even 20miles. Again, this are used cars sold as is and theres nothing we can do about it.
