      Today August 28 * this towing company unlawfully illegally towed my car. This company ****** towed my car, when it was rightfully parked for free at my GYM where I park every day, on level 3. They then stole my car and would not give it back. Had my ID and photos of title etc.. yet they refused to give my car back without my hard copy title. I am from ****** and my title hard form was in ******. A 5 hour flight away. They stole my car this company. And they didnt even have a phone number or leave any details when they stole it which is illegal. We have photos of where my EV car was rightfully parked. My wife is pregnant and they expected me to fly to ****** to try find my hard copy title . Thankfully my pregnant wife had found another copy which she then (heavily pregnant) had to **** all the way to the car to try get my car back. Unsure what they expect* I gave my ID multiple forms of it * my belongings and keys were in the car which proved it was my car After I fully proved who I was with insurance and ID.They then refused all our credit cards also and were not going to let us pay. The employees were disgustingly rude* their names are ******** , Andreas * and ********. My credit card ended up going through by accident * and I paid $150 for a two that was not just. My car was on LEVEL 3 of lifetime gym* which i pay $400 a month for which includes this parking with it. The gym said it was illegally towed also. Because of this I missed out on a days work trying to get my car back which was stolen illegally by this tow company. I need a refund (which Ill get from my bank anyways if the tow company refuses to refund it) and also compensation for my missed work.

      This business is operating illegally not only towing cars that are parked in a correct area but they have contract with the city and they are not even a registered business in the state of *******. I want a refund for being improperly towed immediately!

      I park my car in the parking lot and pay the fee for a tow hours parking. I can ensure that there is no sign to show us it cannot be used. Finally they towed my car to a far place and charged me 200USD.Firstly I paid with my credit card and it is approved but then they said they can only use a debit card. I think not every one will take their debit always. They just give me a receipt showing the money paid by my credit car will be back. I dont know why they can do such a disgusting action.Why they dont show the signs all the time? Why they cant accept a credit car? Why we pay the parking fee but they can still do what they want and defined us as illegal ones? I dont if they are racists but I have that feelings. It is my first vacation in ** but ***** just give a bad impression even if the delicious food this night cannot save him.

      Hello I want to express my complaint because my cars were towed unfairly, and the proper procedure was not used. The car was parked at **********, *****, **, ***** First, the tow-away symbol is almost not visible, I found out it was the tow-away zone after the car was towed. "Tow-away zone signs must be prominently posted with the storage facility's name.."Second, I am not sure that the notification that the vehicle was towed was done correctly, I called 911, and they had no record of my vehicles, then they told me to call two towing companies to verify which one had my vehicle. vehicle."If your vehicle is towed from a tow-away zone, the towing company must report this to the local police department within 30 minutes of the tow."and Third, they didn't let me check my vehicles until I paid "Must allow the driver or authorized representative to inspect the vehicle and remove personal property prior to payment"With this claim, I don't just want to express my outrage. I want to obtain a refund of the expenses incurred.Regards

      On Saturday, February 04,2023,I was issued a citation at 800 NW 17 st. The time of the citation was at 5:50 pm by officer ********* (001-9098). I was leaving ******************************** after 7 pm to notice the my vehicle was gone.I kindly ask the parking security if he saw what happened to my car a white ****** Sentra and he told me that a county worker cited my car than a tow truck towed my car. The security gave me the number. I called the towing company and I asked who had my car towed and the gentleman told me that the officer who sited my car called the towing company. So I asked how can the officer cited my car and than have it towed when I wasn't in vacation. So I called the parking authority at ************ about 9:00 pm and I asked how was my car cited when I wasn't in valation and tow. The operator told me that unfortunately where my car was parked the sign that is posted there is also for where my car was parked and she also said that the officer didn't call for a tow truck. Because I told her that the towing company said that the officer called because his name is on the citation. I went to get my vehicle and I asked the question again who had my vehicle told and I was told again by 2 employees from the towing company that it was the officer. I also had my a disability sticker in the car hanging from the rare view mirror. The invoice that I received from the towing company says time of call 3:56 pm,on scene 3:56 pm,left scene at 5 something pm and the citation was issued at 5:50 pm. This is pictures of the invoice. I was giving 2 copies. Also the picture of the tan truck is where my vehicle was parked. I sign is tricky because of where the arrows are pointing. Sometimes I parked in that very same spot when I go see my oncologist at ********************************. This time I was visiting a sick friend.

      On April 2, 2022, I was issued summons ******** which caused my car to be towed by Roadway, I then spent about $20 to get it from Roadway and paid $159.06, Roadway invoice #****** on the same day, 4/2/22.On May 4, my summons was dismissed by the Court Official and I called Roadway to be reimbursed for the tow invoice and the Uber fare.I was told that they would look into it. I have followed several times and left messages for **************** (I believe he is in charge) and his secretary to no avail.It;s been over two months and haven't heard from them and I will be forced to hire a lawyer to get my refund.
