Pick up date: 8/5/2021 Repair Start date: 8/26/2021 End date: 9/1/2021 A Lien was imposed on the vehicle 9/16/2021. I was never given the opportunity to either pay or submit any form of payment before the lien was placed. The note on the lien contradicts the date that is on the repair sheet provided to my insurance company. This company promised to repair my vehicle and instead of doing so they forcedly repossessed my vehicle. They made no repairs and gave me no options to retrieve my vehicle. I attempted to contact law enforcement and was informed there wasn't anything i can do. I was **** and being trustworthy of this company and they took advantage of me. Attached will be the documents provided to me and the damaged reported weren't the damaged on my vehicle which needed to be repaired. The estimated total was approx. $1500.00. I have purchased a vehicle on the 8th of February 2022. I have only been able to enjoy my vehicle for a week in total. The reason being they sold me a vehicle that was leaking oil very very bad. I told the vehicle back to them to fix the leak just for them to tell me it is a hour job which turned into a 5-6 hour job. The next time I had to go up there was because they sold me a vehicle with two different size tires and no spare or **** just in case something happened. Then with me still being in ***** the vehicle started to jurk uncontrollably. So I took the vehicle back to the dealership and I was told by the Sales manager that goes by the of ****** to drive my vehicle in the condition it was in back to *************** ** and bring the vehicle back to ***** in the morning in the condition it was in. My vehicle has been with them for almost 3 weeks now. The cause of the vehicle the jerk the way it was is because they sold me a vehicle with a bad transmission. I was told this job was going to take 2-3 days to fix and it took way longer then it was supposed to. I have called everyday since they had the vehicle and I am also told I will receive a phone call back and never receive a call back. I was also get put on hold just to be hung up on and be told a whole lot of run around on a status of my vehicle. I still have not received an update or my vehicle.
