We spoke to Corporate Caterers Representative to reserve the items needed for event to host possible 296 people on 12/21/22. An invoice and a W9 was sent over so we could start the process for payment to be disbursed to pay the vendor. The Contract was signed and sent over to the vendor to reserve the date for the event. The order was received and the event was confirmed by the vendor. The day of the event, prior to the start time for the event an email was received from the vendor asking for additional tips/funds for their team members. The vendor did not show at the agreed time for the event, nor did the vendor show up anytime thereafter. As of now 1/9/22 the vendor has not provided any explanation or satisfactory comments for this unprofessional behavior which has caused undo stress and disappointment to my organization and its affiliates.Business response

I will be contacting the customer directly to resolve this issue. Our goal is to make this right, reinforce our commitment to the customer, regain their trust and loyalty and maintain our reputation.
