Same thing happened to me. I definitely did not order my first order as a subscription and I was surprised when I got another package today. I called them and they said I had ordered with a subscription and I told them I had not. I said I wanted to return the second order but they said it had been more than thirty days so I could not return them. I only got them today so it definitely was not delivered over 30 days ago. It appears this is a scam to at least be able to sell people two orders since I do not think anyone would order them a second time because they do not help anything. I have taken many other products that do help so it is this brand that is not effective.Review from Frank C

I ordered this product as a trial two months ago. Did not find it to help in any way. Without my asking for a reorder, I received another shipment billed to my credit card. Called customer service and was told that I was in a subscription, which I did not authorize, and after much discussion they agreed to cancel but will not refund for the product they shipped without authorization. This company is operating a "its in the fine print" scam. BEWARE!! ( I wouldn't give them one star, but the system forces that as a minimum rating.)Review from Debra S

I purchased the product on line (one time). When I took one of the gummies I had an allergic reaction to the product. I want to return it for a refund and I am told that I can be given 1/2 the purchase price back or I can pay to ship the product back and they will inventory contents and refund any unopened product. Additionally, they had automatically without my permission set me up on an auto ship for monthly deliveries. I believe this is a total scam. NO FULL REFUND.Review from Maria P

CalmWell would not cancel my order after I requested it to be, but instead is sending me another month's supply, and charging me for it, when this is not what I wanted.Furthermore, the label specifically mentions that persons with allergies should not take this product, which I do suffer from. I did not see this warning mentioned when I researched this product on the CalmWell site and have requested my next order be cancelled. They will not listen. Instead they keep pushing their products, and "special orders" on me despite my continuous requests to have my order cancelled.Review from Reb H

I’ve tried dozens of different CBD brands and hands down Calmwell is the best. I travel for work and I having Calmwell with me is a must everywhere I go. I’ve had a membership with them for 4 months, they have a very user friendly members portal that’s exactly what customers need for recurring orders. I’ve even spoken with the owner, super great guy who runs a great operation. Superb companyReview from Christine B

I was not satisfied when placing my first order. Called Calmwell and they decided to give me a reduced price for my order because they could not cancel the order they said. A month later. I received a text from my credit card stating that Calmwell was trying to charge my account. I told them not to pay but calmwell sent gummies out, I did not open them and I told calmwell I would return package because I no longer needed them, but they would not let me return and I was charged more. I was charged for the gummies. And then a month later another package came. I had 2 unopened package. I have almost $400 of gummies that I am not using and calmwell will not let me return any unopened packages.Review from Thomas B

I bought Calmwell Gummies a month ago and I love everything about it I take them every night before bed to help me sleep and they've been a game changer.. The support from the agent ***** was amazing when I entered my address wrong she promptly changed it for me
