I am writing this complaint because this company falsely advertises that their product was featured on Shark Tank and it was not. When I called to get a shipping label to return the products and get my money back, I was told that I would have to pay for shipping. When I said that this was false advertisement and I would like my return shipping costs covered, they offered to give me 104 of my ************************************************************************************************* a meeting. I then sent an email complaint to the company and I was sent an email saying that I would be refunded right away and then received another email saying my recurring subscription was cancelled, which I never signed up for a recurring shipment in the first place. Also, when I placed my original order of buy 1 bottle get the 2nd bottle for 50% off, I also received a second transaction for the oil and cream (which I didn't order) in a separate email. When I emailed them to let them know that I didn't order the cream or oil, they said just keep it and they issued me a refund. So far it looks like I am getting my money back, but I am still concerned they are falsely advertising their products, finding a way to sneak in upsells that I was not aware of, add you to a montly subscription that the consumers aren't aware of, and then charging you to send the products back even though they have a 100% money back guarantee. Hello,
************************* purchased an online promotion which was advertised through an affiliate. The affiliate operated outside of the terms of our agreement and we issued a 100% refund to the customer.
The attached images show the refund and the customer was able to retain the products essentially free of charge.
The screenshots show the refunds and the product shipped. We have removed the affiliate who created the advertisement and no longer to business with them.

On February 26 ************************************* quit smoking tobacco at www.nufarmgummies.com after placing my order of what I thought. Was 5 bottles for ***** it ended up at $219. But the cost didn't show up till after you hif send. I WAS SHOCKED!!The next day February 27, 2024 I called them immediately and told them I wanted my money back and to keep the gummies. They replied it was shipped already. They insisted that the only thing they could do was refund me ***** and I keep the product. And that the order had been cancelled. I felt tricked but accepted ***** refundd and keep product. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY April 1, 2024 I received another package from them. Of five bottles of cbd gummies. I called them immediately, I told them I got cbd gummies again after canceling the order already.. He stated he could refund ***** and I keep product. I SAID YOU CHARGED ME AGAIN? WHEN? HE REPORTED THAT ON MARCH 27, 2024 THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER ******. I ALMOST FELL TO THE ****** I told them I wanted to know how to return this product for a full refund and the man on the phone refused to tell me how I could send product back. He told me that just because I got a refund last time didn't mean my order had been canceled. We went back and forth and I told him it was canceled on Februsry 27, 2024. And I want full refund of ****** He said the only thing he could do was refund ***** and that then he would cancel the order. I explained to him that, that is what they said the first time. I told him again i want to return all product for full refund.He said he couldn NOT help any further. I said okay you send me my refund of ***** and I will report them to bbb. The gentelman then hung up on **** HAVE PROOF OF THE FIRST CANCELLATION IN MY EMAIL DATED 3/27/24 As of April 1st, 2024 no credit had been issued. I want full refundBusiness response

Customer filed ******************** complaint for Nala Labs. The images provided show NuFarm product.
Apparently the customer did not understand the program or the price. I have issued refunds for the purchase which is shown on the attached screen shots.

Bought 5 bottles of CBD gummies after seeing advertisement from ******************* advertising on 2-16-24 for $215.67. The address was the same as Napa website. Wrote down info. 90 days guarantee, can send back empty bottles back for full refund. Offered 1,3 or 5 bottles. On 3-23-24 received 5 more bottles even though I still had 3 full bottles left. Called & said would only charge half price for 2nd set. I said was unacceptable. Called their # ************ 3-24-24 Manda said I had ordered monthly & so they sent 2nd set & there was only a 30 day guarantee on their website. I saw no monthly sign on website and certainly would not need 5 bottles a month. She cancelled that and said I could only return the last 5 bottles because that was less than a month. I said I was going to return all 10 bottles because it was within the 90 day guarantee when I bought it. Today I mailed back all 10 bottles to same address with return info ***** gave me. Supposedly I will be refunded the 2nd set for $215.67 when they receive it. I also want another refund of $215.67 for the 1st set. I think this is a scam using *********************** name and photo when he had nothing to do with it. I am 83 years old and have been taken advantage of.Business response

The first order was 100% Refunded - See attached.
The second order was refunded 50% and then refunded the remaining 50%. This customer has been 100% refunded.
