            On June 3rd, 2022, I gave my mini iPad 4 for screen repair. They came to my home to pick up the device. On June 19th they came to return the iPad but wasnt working. I needed a shattered screen repair and that day (6/19/22) the iPad wasnt even accessible. I had paid $150 cash (I have the receipt for proof) they came back the same day to take it and repair the issue I didnt have to begin with. Its now over a month since that and they havent returned or given me a response as to why its not fixed. I have asked numerous times in all contact form (ie: text, email, Instagram) & still havent received a response. I even asked for the unfixed device (as is) & a refund. No reply no device! At this point all I want is my device back. I feel robbed! Please help!

            CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! ********! These two people are thieves (********* ******** and ********* ******).They stole over $3k from me for a phone repair without authorization using my banking information. They come to your place pickup the phone and from there you have zero leverage no store or nothing to go too. They had the phone for months. I HIGHLY advise to look for another repair . **DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

            This customer has stolen a company device which was given as a loaner device while this customers device was being repaired. This customer received both their devices back but the company has not received the loaner device. The customer was charged for the entirety of the device plus additional fees and charged for the services they inquired about. This customer has multiple police reports filed against her. On July 23, 2022 at 4:30 am police were at the customer residence trying to retrieve the device but the customer did not comply.
