My daughter passed in 2021. She was buried in April 2021. Initially everything was fine with the burial site however a few months after I noticed an ant hill. I reported it and they told me it would be taken care off. Since then there has been no resolution. I have placed multiple workorders, spoken to employees with no resolution. We paid more then 15k for this site yet they can't handle my request to resolve the ant issue on my daughter grave so much so that it's no longer a hill it's a mount. I am so hurt and angry that every time we go visit our daughter there's this huge ant mount now and can't even stay long because of the ants. I don't know who else to bring this issue with. I've been more than patient and understanding.Customer response
