If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience ever! We were timely in making all payments in hopes to have an amazing bachelorette celebration for our good friend. We were told the amount of people we had was fine but then once we all arrived we had to wait for over an hour to even leave because apparently it was too many of us. How embarrassing to fly to ***** and celebrate the bride and then have to wait for issues that should not have happened as the owner was fully aware of the number of people in our group! To make it worse we paid extra for a chef who could not stay on board with us due to amount of people and we did not get all of our food or the chef experience. We tried to work with this company and they would not even refund us any of the money for the time we spent just sitting in the canal. The icing on the cake was how awful and rude the captain was! Please do not book with this company! I truly never write reviews but this one has to be done!

If I can give less stars I would. My family and I organized a bachelorette party trip on this boat where we paid in full before hand and was offered a service for four hours with onboard chef for a group of 14 which was discussed prior to our event months before. Not only did we lost over an hour for our boat experience because our chef was late and the driver refused to take off because of the amount ( 14 ) of people in our group, but the chef who was part of the experience had to leave. Our boat driver was EXTREMELY rude, did not introduce himself, did not explain how long we would be docked for, did not show us any of the amenities on the boat, did not bother to guide us to where the life vest are located. The Bluetooth on the boat also did not work, luckily we had our own small speaker. The captain did make sure to tell us he was not responsible for us hes only there to drive. The owner of the boat told us we will be getting credited or refunded by Monday ( the event was Saturday ) and all he did was speak very rudely to mt family when we asked for an update. since then the owner has blocked all of us on social media. Not to mention the chef forgot the lobster for the food as well, so we paid over ***** for a 2.5 tour we were docked for swimming for less than 40 minutes. With horrible service! This place sucks! Falsely advertised and will definitely not recommend !
