I ordered parts for a Goulds pump on Feb 17th 2022. The order paperwork said parts were in stock and they would be delivered Thursday March 10th2022. I failed to see on my receipt that the last three parts I selected were different than the parts that I originally selected on the website. On Monday, March 14 I emailed and inquired where the parts were, not realizing the last 3 items are incorrect. I got a reply saying that three of the parts turned out not to be in stock and they recommend that I buy them from someone else if I cant wait any longer. I replied and said to just hold the entire order until it is complete and I would reschedule my shut down to change out the parts whenever they were able to get them to me. One day later I got another email that said A miracle had happened and the parts were suddenly available and being shipped to me that day. The three missing parts from my original order were substituted with these three that I received. I received all 5 parts the following Friday to my dismay the three parts in question that were not available were incorrect. I have since sent five emails and left two voicemails and numerous calls to try and get this resolved. I have received no further correspondence from *********************** whom I was dealing with. At this point I would just like an RMA so I can return the parts that are in correct and I will get these sourced from another vendor. If you could help me to get someone to respond to my emails and let me know how I can get these parts returned and credited as my credit card was fully charged the day they shipped. I understand theres problems and shipping supply chain issues. But if someone wouldve just responded to me and let me know that they were working on a resolution or generate me a credit and let me know how to return the parts that wouldve been sufficient. Ignoring me wont make this go away. Thank you ***Initial Complaint

On 3/29/2021 I purchased from Pump Agents two bladder tank parts #(1) Flotec part#U20-9 AirCell and #(2)flotec tank ****** #U31-446P which came two a total of $225.95 including shipping , sadly enough it turned out to be an incorrect diagnosis for the repair of the tank problem (a simple pressure switch resolved the problem) so I had no need for the parts I ordered. To return the parts I emailed the company they never answer their phone or return calls or leave messages, finally on April 22,2021I received a return authorization for Order#************* with R.A# ***** and i shipped the parts according to their instructions which they received. My refund of $****** never came, onJan. 10th 2022 *********************** emailed me about getting my refund back My credit card had to be updated which it immediately was by Jan. 12th. I have not received my refund or any further communications to many Emails that I sent since in reference to this issue I don't want to take legal action over $ ****** . Hopefully you can assist me in this issue.
