    Giggle Finance lends money to small businesses. I currently have a loan open with them that I am currently paying back in scheduled weekly payments. I had a scheduled payment for 06/20/2024. The payment was debited automatically from my account like any other payment. However, I noticed there was a double charge instead of the one single charge. I contacted them and they stated there was an error in there system that caused the duplicate payment. The payment was reversed later that day. Today, on 06/21/2024, there has been a third payment wrongfully charged to my account. They do not have a phone number to call and speak to someone, you can only speak through text message. I have reached back out to them about the third charge and they are actively ignoring my messages and refusing to give me a reason as to why my account was wrongfully charged again.

    Horrible customer service! The moment you say something they dont like its over! Worst customer service ever!!!!! Their system had a glitch! Yes! Their system! I was unable to remit payment and the rep **** me asking for payment very rude and condescending. I sent the screenshot showing THEIR system error and that I tried to remit payment and that didnt matter. The rep said she was going to notate my account and **** it late! Like huh! Your raggedy system glitch and Im penalized! Meanwhile I paid it same day! Never late! I keep my debit cards locked to avoid unauthorized purchases etc! Half of America does this! So I was ALWAYS proactive and would sign on to remit payment prior to the draft and I was unable to do so on ONE, yes, ONEEEEEEEEE occurrence and the thread of **** messages will blow your mind! I dont care what youre providing. I am NOT the individual you will talk to in a demeaning condescending way! Respect is due to a dog and I demand my respect! Especially when Im not at fault! Not once did they apologize when the error and PROOF was sent! Then after paying the loan back in its entirety they advised no further assistance per underwriting and when asked for the reason they said communication. So I was like be more specific? Were you EVER not able to get in contact with me? (The answer is no, but I asked just to humor myself to see what lies they would tell). So basically they said many other reasons too but didnt advise and said the decision is final and thats it! What reasons? Unbeknownst to me! I paid on time, Ive gotten several of them, never default! Only issue was when the rep was rude to me, I returned the rudeness and disrespect with rudeness and disrespect! I matched their energy and they were wrong and didnt like it! They are **** only, coward who hide behind a screen/keyboard and wont take calls, only ****! When I say thee worst customer service ever! If you value customer service look elsewhere.
