Email sent to ************** the ** but couldnt get assistance. I was wondering if you can please inform me how to contact the Event Promoter (One Hallelujah Tour)? Venue not disabled compatible. This event was horrible & the act that my disabled *************** came to see was not in attendance without explanation (****************). The sound system was so, so horrific, it was incredibly statically, so extremely loud, louder than if you were in a nightclub, you literally felt it pounding in your chest. I told 1 of the ushers, she stated they could do nothing. ********************* barely performed, she was asking attendees to purchase her merchandise, that was her focal point instead of performing. The Pastor came out, begging for donations. It is so much more. The elevator closed on us, it was not person sensitive. Immediately when it opens, when entering it, it closes on you, which hurts when it closed on you. I had to push my mother in because the elevator was hitting her, immediately when it opens & you enter. Venue not handicap compatible. The floor seats used to be comfortable seats, now you have those low, uncomfortable seats. Seats are folding chairs which is dangerous. Someone almost fell. Seats are not for the handicapped. My mother couldnt sit on the front row seat which I paid for & she was forced to uncomfortably sit on her ******. Seats not safe. The floor was incredibly disgusting. The venue needs an upgrade and when advertising tickets, customers should be informed venue is not handicap compatible, though it should be handicap friendly (accessible). Our seats were in the front but yet the ushers were trying to insist we sit elsewhere because my mother had to sit on her ******. My mothers ****** was not restricting anyone. They (ushers) asked to see my tickets several times. They wanted her in the back because of the ******. Bathroom not handicap compatible. The restroom, awful. *************** should make an executive decision and refund the money.
