      A product was purchased from the merchant. The product was customized to fit my body with measurements that was done with myself and merchant through a video call. Once I receive the products they did not fit. The merchant asked me to sent the products back and we did another video call to redo my measurements. I was told this was a production error. So production tried fixing their mistake. They sent back my product and again it did not fit me so this was mistake 2. The merchant guidelines say a refund would be given if it was a production error. I sent them back the product and asked for a refund. The merchant has not responded and they told my bank the charge was valid. I proof of the product being returned and my money has not been refunded. Please help

      I made a purchase in store and have yet to receive my order. Ive reached out via phone call (their phone doesnt work) Ive reached out via email and Ive even came back in store. At first they told me I would be getting a refund and then after time went on they decided to not give me a refund. Yet in still they have yet to mail me my product!!

      Date of transaction: 11-13-22. Order#***** Tracking #************ Amount: $297.50. There is no Account #.****************** promised to provide an individually handmade Fajas ( Waistrainer) and a Strapless Faja according to clients measurements. Measurements I sent in when I ordered Faja: Hip:45" Waist:36" Thighs:28.5 Torso:11.5". Measurements of Fajas that were sent to me: The Strapless Faja: Waist:18"-21" Hip:25" Torso:11"-12" Thigh:22" Waist Trainer: Waist:26" Hip:28"-30" Torso:11" Thigh22". There were production errors everywhere. Faja too small. I am 5'7" and weigh 173 lbs. The Faja they sent me are for someone petite and that weighs a lot less than I do. I Emailed Curvy Gyal for a return or a refund. Curvy Gyals emailed me back and said that a ******* would call and set up a Video interview with me. I also called Curvy Gyals to complain and got through once and was told the same thing, that ******* would call but she has not called. No one answers when I call now. The 2 Fajas are new and unused. I tried them on once but couldn't even get it around my waist, it just fell off me and hung down on my hips.

      Order placed Feb 4th for $366.12 Order number ***** Feb 28th sent email: Last Friday was 3 weeks. When is my order shipping out?Response: Thank you for contacting Curvy Gyals. This is ***********Yes, we've got you however we are missing your measurements. Van you tell us again your measurements so we ca start the production of your Fajas?Feb 28-Mar1 several emails back and forth to confirm measurements when the measurements were sent Feb 28th.The items received were not what was ordered the items were sent back with the company's return label (sent to me 3/21).the return reached the vendor(Mar 26th) May 23rd I enquired where my refund was, I also provided the tracking number for its return.I filed a chargeback with my bank. the vendor provided false information stating they did not receive a return. I contacted the vendor and had them provide the proof that the items were returned in good condition. then sent that to the bank and they denied the return again.the bank denied my chargeback and said reach out to the vendor for a refund. June 30th the vendor refused to refund my money because I filed a chargeback even though the chargeback was denied based on false information provided by the vendor customer service team and my funds were returned to them.

      I ordered a FAJA through Curvy Gyals. The package was supposed to be signature required and *** delivered the package without my signature. I contacted both *** and CURVY GYALS to try to get this issue rectified and neither one is taking accountability. *** is refusing to pay me the total amount of $232.50 due to the client ( CURVY GYALS ) not stating the amount of how much the product cost. *** only sent me back $132.50. I am trying to rectify this issue before I proceed with legal action against both CURVY GYALS and *** for not receiving my FULL REFUND. I dont care that CURVY GYALS no longer has a relationship with ***. There should be a better refund policy in place and they should have did their research with the best courier thats not my problem or issue. The customer service staff are inexperienced and lack strong interpersonal communication skills. Havent even followed up or really tried to rectified the issue. I am constantly the one having to reach out. I just want my $132.50 it has been almost a year this isnt right!

      I purchase 2 waist eraser products from curvy gyals dec 21 2021. I specifically ordered with a customer service representative because the garmet was to be strapless. When i received the package a month later it was not sleeveless. I contacted the company and they apologized for the inconvenience told me to send back the product and they will replace with correct garments ordered. Unfortunately they replaced it with the same thing just different color. I reached back out explain they sent the wrong thing again and i would like for it to be corrected. The company stopped responding to me. I filed a claim through my bank and curvy gyal company rejected it saying they never received the 2nd set of garments back. I have emails confirming they sent the wrong products as well as them receiving product back 2x. My bank says its nothing they can do and curvy gyals has taken my money and refuse to refund me. I would like my money back as she has completely ripped me off. She has my miney and i have no product. The price of the faja garments were 2 for $270.00 plus $15 in shipping fee. I would like the full $285.00 back to my account.

      March 19, I drove 4.5hr to Curvy Gyals to be measured for custom fitted fajas. They offer online fitting but I chose in person to ensure that measurement is done correctly so garment fit perfectly.I was measured by staff. I receive fajas apx 1.5 wk later (ship from Columbia). 1st day I fitted faja I was only able to close it using first row of hook (expected) but I noted the sleeves & the legs were a little short, bra a bit small - disappointed but at the time but wasn't a big issue.(I wore for 2 hrs).2nd day first 3 hooks could close on second row (again not abnormal) -wore for 2hrs.3rd day - first 4 hooks closed on 3 row and others on 2nd row (alarm at this time that fitting is off). Sleeve start rolling up and uncomfortable.4th day - entire garment is able to close on 4th row (unacceptable).I immediately contacted the company via IG and was scheduled a video meeting that day to review complaint. The meeting was with the same person who measured me & after listening the above issue, informed me that a refund can't be done because I wore the garment 4 times and I should have known that once I fitted it the first time using second row of hooks, I should have called and requested a refund.I questioned where that instruction was listed as it was not on the instructions sent with garment, not on website nor social media pages. She informed me that all surgery patient who she talks to know this - i advised her that a business should not run on assumptions that customers 'should know' if they were not directly instructed. I request a refund/exchange as it is unacceptable for a custom made faja to not fit right and already closing on last row of hooks after only 4 wear. This should not happen until months later (or more) once the person loses inches from their waist. She said they would refund only the 1 i didnt wear. She told me if it was ******** secret I couldnt return garment i wore. VS is not a custom fitting company.2nd faja doesn't fit either -see pics

      I ordered 2 items costing me over 250 dollars. Soon as I got the item I reported it being to small. A lady called we did the adjustments I sent the small one back and waited. I finally reached out after 2 months to be told my items was being made . Three days later I reached out again to see why they sent me back the same item I already had the lady told me that my item was being made after she spoke with the team that makes them. I informed her that no I just got something in the mail which looks like the same one I sent back. She said someone would call and I never received a call and I reached out again and now I'm being ignored. I sure don't have the money to waste or appreciate getting lied to. I want the correct item or my money back. I have all conversations from several people.

      I brought 2 fajas in dec 2021. I flew to the actual business to get measured so there would be any problems with the garments. The garments came in Jan 22 and was extremely too big. What was the purpose of measuring me if you still was going to mess up. I flew back to *** to return the items and tried to get a refund back on my card. I was told by the manager that they will just send me my right order out on rush deliver. Its now march almost April and I havent received anything. They stopped answering the phones and emails. All they keep saying is they need time to figure out what happened. Its been more then 2months and dont have my products nor my money. $270.

      I ordered a garmet(faja) buy one get one free in late Aug 2021. I was sent one that was long sleeves when I ordered sleeveless, the other garment was too small. I have ordered from this company before, all my measurements where the same. This latest garment was to small. They had me do a video of me measuring myself and trying on garmet. They approved for me to send back with shipping label they supplied. The garmet was received in them early September 2021. To this day I have been emailing them, each reply has came from several different people. I requested a refund of my $270. It's November and I'm still fight for my refund. They degrade people by having you measure yourself on video as well as trying on garmet that does not fit. They say the can replace garment I would not trust it would be "made" right to my size not to mention this unnecessary cycle would start over if it's not made for my body. After all this time they putting the blame on me saying if the garment is damaged I am at a lost.. no correct fitting garmet or my money. They got I back in September no telling what condition they put it in or if they shipped it back out to another customer. I feel the garment is lost in they facility. Either way it's not my problem: 1 Imade a purchase,2 it was wrong item & too small 3 ,I video myself measuring, and try on, 5 sent back with shipping label they emailed me. 6 I still have not refund or garmet... at this point garmet is not needed. I want my money back. Buyer be aware of this company, they make buy feel at fault when clearly this all fall on them. They want live video of you trying on and measuring yourself that seems like someone has some fetish and it's degrading.
