A door leaf (one door of a two door replacement door) arrived damaged. An insurance claim was apparently filed but money was never extended to the customer to effect repairs. The repairs are not being done until money is received to pay for repairs. Bellini is not communicating with me, the customer, by not answering phone calls, nor responding to emails and texts. Bellini point of contact is *************************. Damage to the door occurred during shipping. Shipping was done in the summer of 2022.Initial Complaint

Thru the long history of providing first quality Mahogany doors and windows, we encounter some customers that in some manner have expectations that are not what the company offers.
In this case our company did not offer installation of the unit, The customer struggled to achieve their desired expectations from a poor craftsman that is not part of our company. The reason the customer hired this installer was to save money on the service our company offers.
Our company usually bends backwards to assist this expectations that have nothing to do with our contract, yet there are always the exception were the customer is bent on damaging the reputation of the company due solely to a personal disagreement with a member of our company. In this case the customer that has recourse in the courts opts for doing baseless accusations.
The matter was resolved in the courts when our company showed clearly that the installation was not included in the contract. The surprising act was that although it was determined that our company had no responsibility, the customer still opted to place a complaint full of venom. Bellini is a manufacturer of High end Mahogany doors and windows, service is limited to delivery and to utilize superior sub contractors that work exclusively for our company.
Since **** Bellini is the best option in quality and service, our team is ready and eager to make the best product in the market.
