I purchased 14 of their doors. All 14 have defects with the brackets attached to the bifold doors. They are stripped and my contractor stated they will fall off very soon. They are difficult to open putting pressure on the doors. The hinges were stripped when they were installed. I have emailed the company 6 times with no response. I spent over $4,000 for these Shaker wood bifold doors in three different sizes. I purchased them through ********** and you have my complaint against them and the initial contractor they selected ***************. Why arent my photographs displayed on that complaint? I was finally able to get the last three doors installed yesterday Id like to send a photograph as ***** from *************** said the opening wasnt big enough. The doors fit fine. This entire project has cost a fortune and has been a complete mess from start to finish. ********** is awful to deal with as **************** ( their contractor) was!Business response

Sorry, but there is something wrong. Eightdoors customer service team replied to all your emails asking for more information about the issue to be able to assist you with a solution but you never got back to us. I attached images with the replies so you can see we are telling the truth.
Could you please check your email box so we can continue communication and assit you with a solution for the problem?

Im not getting any emails from them. Why cant they call. My email is working just fine. I checked my junk folder and nothing is going there either. They have no phone number. My email address is correct so why the issue with only their company? They have my phone number but again its ************Customer response

I also sent you and email regarding to this situation of accusing our company in public of not responding you complaint. Eightdoors is a honest and serious company committed to meeting all customer requests. Our customer service team has always been praised by our customers and is always available to help.

If you look at the email they claim they are sending to me its both from eight doors and addressed to eight doors. This is why I am not getting any responses. Can you folks at Better Business Bureau respond to them here?Customer response

I sent you a message yesterday regarding this issue. I spoke with **** and he promised to send replacement parts. I ask that I have sufficient time to receive the parts to close this out. I believe he will keep his word.Business response
