      Bought power bank and within a few weeks it was faulty and went down from there to me getting a replacement that was even worse.

      On September 23, 2021, I committed $289 to Uze's Kickstarter campaign (backer number ****) in order to receive two power banks and an ** adapter, specifically the 150W multi port GaN charger shown here: *********************************************************** I received the items in question on July 23 2022. I began experiencing difficulties with the ** adapter in early 2023 (specifically, the adapter would not reliably stay connected to power and charge devices), and reached out to Uze's support team around March 20, 2023. I received the first response from UZE on March 23, 2023. Information about the problems was exchanged, and I received my last contact from UZE on March 28, 2023. This email asked me for a video showing details of the problem, which I then provided.Since that email, I have received zero contact from UZE.I reached out in the same email thread for updates on April 6, 11, 15, and 19. I tried starting a new email thread with support on April 19, referencing the first thread and again sending the requested video. I tried submitting the same information directly via the UZE website. I tried using the support chat on the UZE website. Most recently, on June 9 2023 I created a new email address and again attempted to contact support, providing the relevant information and a new video demonstrating the problem. At no point since March 28 have I received any response from UZE.I began to believe that the company must have gone under, but as of may 31 2023 the company has been sending me marketing emails for their new line of products, so apparently that is not the case.I just want to have the faulty item replaced, as it is a $100 high-end charger and I do not want to lose the money I put into it entirely.

      They provided me with a powerbank that stopped working after only a few weeks of use. The replacement took 6 months. And the replacement product literally explored with fire coming out about 1.5 inches and then emitted toxic smoke for 10 minutes - which I have on camera. ******************************************. Looking for a full refund of $232.
