On 9/29/21, Dr. ******* asked me to sit down while he was working on my sons teeth and told him that I was fine standing. He looked back at me because I did not do what he wanted me to do (sit down) and said you're not wearing a mask so you have to go out in the front and wait. I told him that I never wore a mask in his office any other time that I came so I am not going to wear one now and I am not leaving my son to go sit in the front. I told him I didn't have a mask anyway so he became frustrated, responded aggressively, was very disrespectful, condescending and confrontational when demanding that I wear a mask in his office. His assistant went to get a disposable mask for me to wear and he still was trying to argue with me. I told him that I am not going to go back in forth with him and told him to be quiet. I let him know that I would not be going back and forth with him and told him that my consort was waiting in the front since he wanted to keep talking so he can talk to a man. He finished working on my son and went in the front to speak with my consort. My consort told him that I don't have to wear a mask because we are not under their jurisdiction, we are moors and there is no LAW that states a mask is required / mandatory, it is a personal choice not a requirement. There was no sign on the door stating anything about wearing a mask. He also told Dr. ******* that he provides public accommodation services so his business is not technically private. The doctor became frustrated about my consorts response and said we are no longer allowed to come back to his office for services since I don't choose to wear a mask. I will never go back there or recommend anyone else go to this endodontist for services because he was very rude and argumentative inspite of me being calm yet firm on my position regarding not wearing a mask because it is my right to breath freely and NO ONE will be able to force me to be subjected to hypercapnia willingly or unknowingly.
