The item that I received in the mail is not the item listed on the website. Not only that the item arrived late and covered in powder, showing the color of each in the package. Without the firework being covered in the colored powder it is not labeled which color is which. When I contacted the customer care team for a return, they told me that they dont return fireworks however, they call it on their site a GenderReveal smoke bomb not a firework. I expect to be refunded for what I paid because I did not receive what I ordered.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a frame on October 2 and was charged but the item never shipped. I had to follow up numerous times over the course of two months. At first they said it was delayed but after a month I requested a refund. Someone always responded to my emails but I was just getting acknowledged. I magically received my refund yesterday (Nov 29) - the same day that I said I was going to report this as a fraudulent charge with ***** and file a complaint with the BBB. I strongly warn anyone about doing business with this shady company and hope their site is taken down.Initial Complaint

The company advertised free shipping over $35. My order was $41 and the shipping wasnt free. I emailed the company, as there is no phone contact for them. Took them a week and 2 emails to respond to me. It wouldn't work, so it was told to order it and they would give me an additional 10% off and the shipping refunded. I sent them my order information for that refund and didnt receive my refund. They were supposed to email me further information about a Snapchat filter I paid for and I didnt get any info, so I emailed him again and was told their graphic designer went into labor and they couldnt provide the service in time would I like a refund? I of course dont think I should be paying for a service they cannot offer, nor should they have let my order go through if they cannot provide a service. It was refunded partially at this point and the customer service is terrible.Initial Complaint

I contacted the company via email and through social media to explain that my package was delayed a number of times and when it arrived, it was completely damaged. The product was a number of gender reveal smoke cannons that were destroyed. I expected them to provide a refund or replacement, to which they have done neither. What they have done however, is delete my comments from their social media accounts, block my profile and neglect any sort of reasonable answer to the claim. Extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend.Initial Complaint

I ordered gender reveal cannons last Wednesday. They sent me tracking info two days later and the tracking specified it was waiting for **** to scan it in. This can often mean the sender has printed a prepaid label but not dropped it off at ****. the tracking did not update for days so I contacted the company on Monday out of concern and they barely respond. They sent a replacement order on Wednesday but at this point its too late for anything to get here in time so I simply wanted a refund given they did not fulfill the order as described at check out. They have no phone number or at least the one thats listed on here just continues to ring so I dont think its really in use. Im starting to wonder if Im dealing with a fraudulent company. I have asked 3 times now for a refund. They emailed me back today saying I could ship it back to them (if I ever get the package!!!!!) and get a partial refund which is absolutely unacceptable. This isnt how you treat customers nor does it adhere to what they describe in the purchase. Is this even legal? This company needs to be shut down for good.Initial Complaint

Hello I made a purchase from this company on 5-11-2022 and received it on 5-15-2022! I ordered 2 smoke bombs for a gender reveal and had to pay shipping obviously, upon arrival it came on a small cardboard box NOTHING else inside the box but the smoke bombs, it came stained with the blue smoke ALL over the packaging and product so I reached out to try to return and get a refund.. this company keeps going back on forth and Ignoring my request to do that. They offered to replace my item for free with another product but I needed it before Saturday the 21 of may so I refused because I would not get the item on time, Mind you I paid for shipping BUT this company wanted ME to pay another 10$ to get the new item shipped. I refused because it wouldnt arrive on time for me to use it. Now they wont offer a refund or return label for this damaged product I received. As a company it should be their responsibility to attend well to their costumers, this was my first time ordering from this company and they gave me a horrible experience and trying to blame Fed ex for the damage when my package came with no protection inside or fragile sign.Initial Complaint

I ordered the 4 pack of 2 girl and 2 boy powder cannons, well over a week in advance in preparation for my gender reveal. I also paid an additional $14.99 for expedited shipping to ensure that my package would be received in a timely manner without a hitch. Unfortunately, the first package somehow got lost in transit through fed ex, got stuck in *******, *********, and was listed as delayed on the tracking. I contacted the owner about a refund on the extra shipping charges I paid, since it was now past 2-3 business days at this point, and she refused, offering to reship my package under overnight/priority shipping instead. I agreed, being optimistic and hoping it was just a fluke. After this, there was no further updates, and I had to contact the owner myself again about a new tracking number. She sent one, showing that the package delivered but I never received anything. I checked my mailbox, the Dropbox, the leasing office, as well as all of the surrounding neighbors but no one had my package, or even saw the fed ex truck actually come through the neighborhood. I once again contacted the owner, explaining that I still have not received my package, and my reveal was approaching in the next 2-3 days, and that I would just like a full refund. The owner once again refused, saying that in order to get a refund, Id have to reject the package or return it, both impossible as I never got a package to reject or return in the first place. She then said that I could place another order for 30% off instead, which is what really made me realize this is just one big scam operation, and I would like my money back please. The total charge amount including shipping was $35.63 and my order number is #******.
