      Hello.I paid SIZZLE Miami $1,484.00 for their 2020 event.With the ***** pandemic, the 2020 event was cancelled.We were informed by SIZZLE MIAMI that our money would be transferred to SIZZLE Miami 2021.With the pandemic, SIZZLE Miami cancelled 2021, 2022 and 2023.Again, SIZZLE Miami said that our money would be transferred to Sizzle Miami 2024.I believe that SIZZLE Miami is a scam and keeps customers money for their own benefit.I want a full refund of $1,494.00 from SIZZLE Miami.I have emails from them going back to 2019 that I can produce as evidence in my case.Thank you and look forward to hearing from you.**************************

      I understand your frustration and hope that we will be able to remedy your concerns which prompted you to take the actions that you have. Sizzle Miami has been in business for over 20 years and through that entire time has earned enormous appeal, respect and a proven track record of being extremely trustworthy and fare. These characteristics have earned us global appeal which has prompted so many to return to the event each year. Its always our goal to maintain that reputation by providing an exceptional experience for all attendees.

      As you know, the World was hit with the Covid pandemic, which impacted business for everyone around the world, including the cancellation of our event in 2020. After the cancellation, as promised, we honored your event credit towards our 2022 event which you confirmed. Like all event attendees that either attended or cancelled that year, you were subjected to the same cancellation policy at that time ( see below ).

      CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:
      Canceled Before 2/1/22 Full Refund On Events/Tickets
      Cancellations before 3/1/22 - 50% refund of purchased price On Events/Tickets
      Cancellations before 4/1/22 50% Funds credited to a future Sizzle event
      Cancellation on or after 5/1/22 refunds are null and void.

      While we acknowledge that our decision may not fully meet your expectations, we hope that you can understand the reasons behind it. We are working tirelessly to overcome the effects of the crisis and restore Sizzle Miami to its grand stature. Your continued support is crucial in achieving this goal.

      We kindly request that you reconsider your decision and continue to support our event. We would be thrilled to have you join us once again.

      Hello I paid the total ****** back in 2020 for the Sizzle yearly event. However with the pandemic this was cancelled and was scheduled to happen *** long weekend 2022. I was informed back in March/April that I was wait-listed, because they were sold out.My package was paid in full and would think that as a customer that had paid in full 2 years prior would be assigned hotel package that I paid for. Numerous times I have tried to contact ************************* the *** of Sizzle America. The responses i received were that it would be transferred to *** ********************************************************************************************************************************************************* They failed to provide the service ( assigning my package for the event) or the option that of a refund. Although I also stated that with the spike it would be safer for me to attend this year and requested the refund. I have received no response at many requests. I was able to contact a coordinator (*****) the weekend of the event and re-directed me to ****** and still I have not received a response or a refund. At this point I am not going to wait another year, and just want a refund or pursue this in Court.Thank you in advance for your response.
