      On 6/10/24, I *** a package to Pintopaq to forward the package to the ******************. *** delivered the package on 6/11/24 to the ************* There was no information from Pintopaq for the receipt or delivery status of the package they received. Further inquiry from the intended recipient indicated that they sent the package to the wrong person and they were going to retrieve it. They have not communicated their progress regarding the package's status and I cannot get in touch with anyone at the offices in ***** or ********************. This is the second package they have misplaced " alleging that it was lost". Delivery information was clearly on the box and another shipping label was placed inside.The content of the package is super important and several individuals are waiting for it for a special event. I would live to have an update and regular status report. They should be able to track the package and retrieve it ASAP once they discovered it was the wrong delivery addres.

      My account information for ShopPay was stolen and used by this business to order products from several places. I was able to lock down my accounts so far but they keep trying to do it over and over. They are clearly criminal and need to be investigated and shut down. They are harming a lot of people.

      see attachments On August XX XXXX I purchase some items from Aliexpress.com. The address I listed on my Aliexpress order was the one provided by Pintopaq (the company I am submitting this complaint against), and the items ordered on that day were all shipped to the Pinto Paq warehouse address. Aliexpress provided this Tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for me to track my order and the shipping status, which I did by using a tracking tool that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has on their website. According to USPS website, my package was delivered at 3:12 pm on September 2, 2021 in MIAMI, FL XXXXX. Pinto Paq claims they never got it, and I never received my package. Package #2 & 3 On September 21, 2021, I purchased more items from Aliexpress.com. The address I listed on my Aliexpress order was the one provided by Pintopaq (the company I am submitting this complaint against), and the items ordered on that day were all shipped to the Pinto Paq warehouse address. Aliexpress provided this Tracking numbers 4203316692612902712008583149306404 (New Tracking Number:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for me to track my orders and the shipping status, which I did by using a tracking tool that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has on their website. According to USPS website, my first package was delivered at 10:49 am on October 13, 2021 in MIAMI, FL XXXXX, and the second package was delivered at 10:10 am on September 29, 2021 in MIAMI, FL XXXXX. Pinto Paq claims they never got it, and I never received my package. I file a complaint with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and they have been clear that the "packages have been delivered". The total cost for my 3 packages is $255.89 and Pinto Paq is responsible for my packages because I am using their services by delivering my packages to them. Pinto Paq does not want to address the 3 missing packages, as they ignore my request and communications about the matter.
