September 6, 2023 I did a mobile order *hile sitting at a filthy table at the Dunkin Donuts, located ******************************************************. Check number **** for $ ****. Bacon Egg Cheese Croissant, and Medium ************************** via mobile order. The iced coffee came back looking like a glass of Milk and tasted like Milk * French Vanilla, and no coffee. The Croissant Sand*ich came back burnt so badly the cheese *as petrified and it burnt my hand to the touch. I returned the drink and sand*ich to the front counter and the staff made another drink that *as the same as the last, all cream. I returned to the seat and then *ent back to the counter because I could not eat the food or drink. It *as burnt mangled food and iced french vanilla milk. I phoned in a complaint * Dunkin Donuts and they filed the complaint * the *rong store even though I had given them the correct order and store location. Refused to refund the money because I used the App *hich charged my **** Card.Customer response

Hello;
I have not received a refund from the Dunkin Donuts complaint at all. In this complaint, I have requested a refund and never received a refund. I have provided the proof of purchase as attached once before. While I did not receive a refund to my bank account, I do not wish to provide my bank statement to anyone as it is too invasive. This business is clearly not cooperative with the request for refund. The business was dirty and said that they could not refund me because it was a Smart Phone app that charged my **** Debit Card. I think that this speaks for itself that the are not planning on cooperating. This Dunkin Donuts is a long distance from my home and not worth a return visit. The amount of this purchase was small, but it is the principle of the matter that they take customers money and gave me a burnt sandwich and glass of warm iced milk w sugar. Theywere very rude to me and refused to correct it, and would not refund my money. At this point they should be addressed w corrective action for their arrogance and thievery.
