  They work with ********************************** and convince us business owners to take out a high interest loan in exchange for a grant. Then, they deactivate their phone number associated to you and ghost you once you absorb the loan. Happened to me last month and a handful of others. We are garnishing a class action lawsuit against them and **** *.

  In December 2018 our company, ****** Corp, took out a line with Everest. When receivables slowed we contacted Everest who worked with us by lowering payments for a few weeks. When receivables surged and all came in at around the same time we contacted Everest again and asked if we paid the line off early would they offer us a discount - which they readily accepted and so we promptly wired the agreed upon cash to them in the next few days (final sent on 4/2/19). For this we were rewarded on 10/28/21 with a "Merchant Defaulted" notice on our business credit report - posted 2 & 1/2 years after payoff! Please explain to me why this was done and how paying a loan off early is defaulting. I have worked with many other daily-payment lenders over the years, and many were paid off early with discount - and Everest is the ONLY ONE to react this way! At this time I would once again ask you to remove this from my business report.

  Please note that Everest Business Funding does not provide loan products and did not send any report of your account to the credit bureaus. Everest provided Revenue Based Financing by purchasing your company's future receivables. When a reduced amount was negotiated to settle your remittance, we did advise that this would be considered a charge- off. We do report to Datamerch, which is primarily used for Revenue Based Financing and while we are unable to remove any previous comments, we have requested an update to state that your account was closed with a zero balance.

  In regards to the business titled, they go by several names listed in business registration. They do not want you to use the word "LOAN" to avoid a lawsuit in so many ways just seems uncouth. they seem to not keep employees very long which I can figure to the amount of respect they're management don't have for there colleagues like its a clique who ever is my favorite ill be nice no coaching to better each other and grow, ( example employee is bedridden with pain and cant walk employee calls in and speaks to hr to call in sick offered medical notice. HR then disregard the medical issue this causes so they issue a verbal warning, then when employee returns to work they don't ask for anything but instead call them into the HR office and to save them the trouble just issue a piece of paper stating the employee cant apply anywhere else in the same field and supposedly promise a two week severance then terminate Employee, with out finding out if employee is fine and giving them the opportunity to make up and try and grow to better themselves in time. Mind you they are not paid or compensated for days missed) SAVAGES and UNFAIR. I would love to speak to managing teams in all departments to understand they're mindset. They need to be audited and sued for not providing good business and Employment opportunities !!!
