I order a Lyft ride at $51 and was confirmed at $51.I was then given a free upgrade to a better vehicle the was supposed to be free (I wasnt made aware of this until after the fact and was never quoted a fare difference ) I was billed $199 for this ride which is a joke. Lyft denied giving me The upgrade. Im attaching screenshots of the conversation.Bottom line is I ordered a car at $51 and was grossly overbilled with no explanation. Lyft customer service is a jokeBusiness response
