I highly recommend Top Tier for water damage/mold renovations. Top Tier performed restoration services in my home after hurricane **** They were profession, thoughtful and took great care to respect my home and furnishings during the removal of water damaged ceilings and walls. I am VERY IMPRESSED by the kindness, the professionalism, the astute attention to detail, the timeliness and efficiency, and the personable service provided to me by the Top Tier Restoration family. I was in week 4 of my post Hurricane Ida mitigation efforts in New Orleans, and Christian R.' company was the SEVENTH that I had encountered. The damage I needed assistance with was not a big job, but it was big to me because this is my HOME. Throughout the 4weeks after the storm, I had reviewed several companies and met with people many-many times but no one would provide me with a definitive start date. I was Blessed to learn of Mr. R. and his company, Top Tier, he placed me on his schedule IMMEDIATELY, and he was not even IN New Orleans at the time, he was an hour an 11minutes away in Houma! Top Tier's mission is very clear. They aim to resolve the issue, remove the damage, sanitize thoroughly, dry out the moisture and leave all areas that require their service, neatly prepped for the next phase of your restoration efforts in getting your home back to normal.
