I bought a firearm directly through them they are the manufacturer. They shipped the gun to my FFL dealer. I picked it up and a few days later I took it to the shooting range to shoot. Immediately there was a problem with the gun failing to feed bullets into the barrel. The gun jammed every time. At the last jam the bullet was stuck and the gun was totally jammed. I immediately called Bul Armory's customer service department and spoke to *************************** and explained the situation I was having with their gun. She explained that the gun would need to be shipped back to them for repairs but the bullet would have to be removed before shipping and I would need to take it to a gunsmith to have the bullet removed before shipping. I asked how I would be reimbursed for the gunsmith and she put me on hold for a couple of minutes and came back and said they don't have a program in place for that and I would be responsible for the cost which was $85.00. The next day or two I received the request for warranty repair form I filled it out and attached photos and emailed it back. A day or 2 later I received the return autorization form and took it to ***** shipped it back. I was told repairs were made and they shipped it back to me. I took it to the range and it was somewhat better but still had major issues. I called back and asked to speak to *****'s manager and I was told "that's not possible". So they have had my gun for another week and have not even looked at it. I bought the gun 2 months ago and had had it in my possesion for all of 6 days. I spoke to ***** today and it seems Bul Armory is not worried about my issue. I asked for a refund and I was told they don't give refunds on guns. I also asked for a replacement seeing there is an issue and never received an answer. All I Know is I paid for a product gave them a chance to repair it and they didn't. Now I want a brand new exact replacement or a full refund. After two months I don't think I'm being unreasonable.Business response
