On 8/3/24 I purchased several cartons of So Nature coconut water. As I was sipping on one something got caught in my throat from the carton. I then decided to just pour the water into a glass cup and as I was pouring a thick wipe looking substance submerged from the carton into the glass. A few hours later I started vomiting and having stomach pains. I ended up throwing the other cartons away out of fear of what they might contain. I would like for this situation to get handledBusiness response

I called the customer at ******* on 8/**/2024 and they declined my call the first time.
The 2nd time I called, I was let into Voicemail where I left a message stating everything I needed to know to follow up on the complaint, such as BBD + Lot # and I would need to speak with them about other questions as well. They hung up on me in the voicemail before I was able to complete my message. Customer seems unwilling to be of any help in resolving this matter.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:I already spoken to the company and we have reached an agreement the same day they called.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

On 5/7/2024 I was eating a can of sardines and mustard made by Pampa and upon eating I discovered a long blonde hair in my mouth. I proceeded to spit the sardines and hair out and immediately started to get sick of my stomach. The thought of chewing on someone's hair is very devastating. I made a video and took pictures of the long blonde hair, the bowl that I was eating from and the original can,lot number and best before dateBusiness response

Good morning, BBB Team,
I received your complaint this morning at 10:30am.
I called the customer to speak with her directly about the issue and insured her that we would take a look at the other products from our warehouse with a similar lot number. ****** explained what happened, told me that she had dark brown hair and then I told her what we could do to make up for the inconvenience of the issue. We will be sending her a gift card for $15 that will arrive in an unmarked envelope within 4-8 weeks. She was satisfied with this result and thanked me for calling her about the matterso quickly.
