  On or about August 8, 2022, I entered into a contract with Backyard and Pergolas from Era Group LLC (the "Company") for the construction of an 18*20 aluminum pergola. The Contract was executed by ***********************************, a Manager of the Company. As per the Contract, the total cost of the project was almost US$20,000 (the Purchase Price). As per the Contract, the last fifty percent (50%) of the Purchase Price was to be paid upon completion of the project. On September 20, 2022, I made the last payment due under the Contract. Thereafter, there was no balance due under the Contract.On or about September 14, 2022, I sent a text message to ***************************, a Manager of the Company, advising of a leak in the pergola. ************** stated that I should not worry because the pergola was yet to be sealed (implying that once the pergola was sealed the leak would be fixed).On December 19, 2022 (ONLY THREE MONTHS AFTER THE PERGOLA WAS FINISHED AND OVER A MONTH AGO ) I sent a text message to ************** advising that the pergola had water and **** within (specifically in the same area where the initial leak was reported). Thereafter, I sent multiple messages to ************** on December 2022, and on January 2023. Most of my messages were answered by a I will let you know when we have a chance to go see the pergola type of message or were blatantly ignored. Finally, on Tuesday January 10, 2023, ************** sent me a text message informing me that ********************** would go to my house that same day to inspect the pergola. That day I waited several hours for **********************, but he never showed up. Finally, on Friday January 13, 2023, without any notice, "someone" went to inspect the pergola on behalf of the Company. That day, ************** forwarded me a video in which that someone stated that the ONLY thing that needed to be repaired were the lids in the middle beam (completely ignoring the water and the **** within the top cover of the pergola). I immediately texted ************** requesting that someone performed an inspection while I was present, but once again my messages were deliberately ignored.All of my subsequent correspondence has been deliberately and blatantly ignored.
