February 10th, Pro Play Games(PPG) hosted an online tournament for BANDAI's One Piece Card Game. The tournament contains a variety prizing all the way from general participation to first place. I paid the business $30 to sign up for the online tournament The business committed to provide me the correct prizing necessary for my placement of the event. My prizing bracket was in the top 64 bracket which gained me the top 64 prizing which includes: 3x ***** Card Packs (Average value: $60+ USD), 1x Sleeve -Four Emperors- (10Pcs) (Average Value: $10 USD), 1x Storage Box (Average Value: $20 USD), and a OP02-098 Koby x1 (Average Value: $500+ USD). The only prize I received was a 1x Storage Box, while I am missing the Don ***** valued at $60+ average and sleeves including the 1x $500+ USD OP02-098 Koby card. The nature of the dispute is that I have not received my prizing from PPG, and I immediately went into contact with them as soon as I opened my package to see my missing prizes. We emailed back and forth until February 25th where PPG said they will give me an update when they get an update from BANDAI. Since then I have requested any form of an update from PPG and their status with ******'s response on March 5th and March 20th, and have not received a reply to these last two emails which is almost an entire month with no contact from ******* does not seem that the business has tried to resolve the problem as they have not contacted me back with any form of update or progress with over 4 weeks of no contact and now it has been nearly 3 weeks of no response from PPG. The tracking number of the package with the missing prizes is with ***** ********************** The advertised prizing can be found on the registration website for the guaranteed prizing for the different bracket placements: *************************************************************
