    This is the worst experience ever. We hired this company to redo our master bath to prepare for our senior years. These were our must haves for the remodel. When the wall tiles were up, about 3 inches on top did not have a wall behind it! The shower head was way taller than we asked, by a foot. The shower floor was not level, there was standing water. Spoke with ***** and he asked for payment of the “installed tile”, which would be 15% more making our total 95% of the total price, and we said no, fix the problem first. Instead of removing the entire floor like they said to fix the pitch, they only removed half. Leaving the shower still not draining properly and the tile not matching. We told ***** we were done with him and will only speak to the owner. *** called wanting the payment, threatening to place a lien, and for us to hold the last 5 % or 700.00 of the final payment until the repairs are completed. We said no, (they would never come back for 700.00) there will be no payment until the tile is addressed. He asked if he could come to the house to look at the shower, we agreed. He still insisted he needed the 15% payment to repair the shower because in the contract it say’s 15% upon completion of tile install, whether it’s right or not. Then when they do the final walk through they address the problems and come back to make repairs. He insisted on taking pictures (so he can say he finished the project …) we said no. He started to become angry, so we said thank you for coming but please just leave now. He refused to leave, yelling for us to pay him his money, we had to threaten to call the police due to his alarming behavior. We found the shower drain requires the drain to be moved closer to the center or about 10 - 12” away from the wall to allow for proper drainage as well as the pitch in the floor fixed.

    I'm sorry for what happened but after investigating this review, the acknowledges that ***** addressed ******'s needs, questions, and scheduling requests for her bathroom project. They had a professional and friendly manner throughout the majority of the project and everything was on time and even ahead of schedule. The whole job time frame was 10 days from start to finish. However, a mistake was made with the shower head, which was meant to be lowered just 5 inches but was not. ****** expressed her dissatisfaction and yelled at *****, who understood her anger and assured her that they would fix the problem. ****** requested an external shower head extension instead of breaking the tile, and then ***** agreed to this solution. They installed the extension on the last day of the project, but it was not to ******'s liking, for which ***** apologized. They wanted to make the ****** happy and agreed to take $300 off the balance for the external hardware unit ****** chose. They did a final walk-through and agreed to meet for a final payment of $2200 instead of $2500. However, after texting and calling ****** multiple times, she ignored them and stated that she only wanted to deal with the owner of the company. ***** apologized to ****** and expressed their disappointment with the experience. ***, the owner, made a sincere effort to address the issue by personally visiting ******'s house to apologize and discuss the matter. However, ****** did not allow him the opportunity to speak and instead resorted to yelling and using inappropriate and unprofessional language. *** even took a video of ******'s behavior during the encounter. ****** still owes them $2500 though. and she did all of this just to avoid payment and blame us for no reason we here to stand behind our policy's and our contracts .
