              I placed an order 10/11/22 for ******. On the screen it showed I would receive a text with my order confirmation and tracking information. I received nothing until today. I received a text asking how I liked an item I ordered. I never received my order. I've emailed and called them and so far no response. The phone just rings. I'm guessing I will have to file a fraud claim to get my monies back. I don't know what else to do.
