These people are scammers and if I ever find them they will be sorry. I have filed police report as well. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS OR IF YOU HAVE MISFORTUNE REPORT IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT ANSWER. THEY CALLED MY NUMBER 51 TIMES IN ONE DAY!! THEY WILL NOT STOP NO MATTER HOW NICELY YOU ASK. THEIR REACTION IS THE SAME IF YOU PLEAD, CRY, BEG, CURSE NOTHING APPEALS. HOW THESE PEOPLE FEEL GOOD ABOUT THEMSELVES IS UNBELIEVABLE!! NO ONE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM WILL LISTEN. ITS CLEAR IRS PART OF SOME BOILER ROOM SCAM.Review from Eric B

Scammers - someone submitted my name and number to them, and I've received 34 calls in an hour. Not kidding, I have Ooma and it tracks every incoming call, so I have a record of the abuse. I told them to remove my information from the very first call, but it's clear that there is either a boiler room operation or people are working from their homes, and everyone gets the contact info and everyone tries to be the first one in. It took me time to track them down and demand that my information be taken off. They claim they need 30 days to remove personal information. I've had to redirect my calls and block as many of them as I can. Like others observed, the calls came from the state where my phone is registered and not the state I'm in. My number is on the *** list but if someone submitted it they can get around it. Call **************** They made no effort to verify that it was me begging them to scam me before he onslaught began.Review from Eric J

STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I entered my information into their system by mistake and received no less than 40 calls and texts. After asking multiple times to stop calling me, they continued to call and text me at my number. It took having to call them back 30+ times and sit in silence to get them to remove me from their list. This is terrible. Even if I actually needed health insurance, this is the last place I would confide in for support and help. I don't even know why I have to give any stars at all. I feel like that is giving them something they don't deserve. They wasted a lot of my time.Review from Claire C

I made the mistake of trying to look up information on their website, they called me no less than 12 times in 8 hours. Continued the next day to call every 15 minutes, and even after me telling them to remove me from calling list they continued to call.Review from Dan L

This company ***** down to the management to the way they purchase ***** leads from ************ and other lead sources. The guy *********************** talks to people in the most condescending way. The domain of this site is intentionally misleading and is heavily advertised in the results on Google, making it easy to select instead of the legitimate government website. I thought I was filling out a form to see insurance options in my area and was immediately contacted by a representative. I believe I got legitimate insurance information from them, but while I was on the phone with the representative, I received three spam phone calls and have been receiving them multiple times a day since. In fact, I received a spam call from them or one of their "partners" while writing this review. They seem to sell contact information to aggressive health insurance cold callers. I am concerned these are scammers who now have my information. I do not believe the calls I'm getting are legitimate because all of the calls I'm receiving are based on my phone's area code, not the state I live in and need insurance in. I filled out the "do not contact" request form on their website this morning. If the calls do not stop in the 24 hour window they list, I will proceed to file a complaint through the BBB.

We processed the consumer's do not contact request on the day it was received, informing the partner(s) with whom the consumer's information was shared that contact must stop. If the consumer has continued to receive unwanted calls, we would ask that she please write to us at *******@healthcare.com so that we may further investigate.
We note that, at the time of submitting contact information, consumers are informed that their details will be shared with third party partners for the purpose of providing health insurance quotations. We further note that the home page of our website includes the following statements: "HealthCare.com is owned and operated by HealthCare, Inc., a privately-owned non-government website. The government website can be found at HealthCare.gov. This website serves as an invitation for you, the customer, to inquire about further information regarding Health insurance, and submission of your contact information constitutes permission for an agent to contact you with further information, including complete details on cost and coverage of this insurance. HealthCare.com is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government website entity or publication." In light of these statements and the fact that federal government websites use the top level domain ".gov", we do not think our website is in any way misleading. Our sites rank highly in Google searches because of strong organic search results and paid advertising.
